PSN is down for maintenance guys, it was suppose to go down Last Thursday but it was delayed for some reason, the service is set to be down from 3pm Sunday til 5am Monday EST, so just play some single player or go out and hang out with friends.
Of course I am its frickin Ocarina of Time in your pocket and on the go something I wanted for a long time and have been waiting for since Super Mario 64 DS.
Not totally excited since its a game I beat over and over again and they released almost a half dozen times now, but on the upside atleast this time its portable which is my sole reason for buying this since I am not always home anymore.
So like Super Mario 64 DS it will be good nostalgia when I am out and about from time to time.
I don't unless my eyes hurt, but also it depends on the game, Madden for instance adds nothing and I prefer playing that in 2D, so all in all it really depends on the title, but I haven't turned it off all that much, I actually enjoy the 3D.
Seriously who would buy Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D? 99% of people over the age of 16 have played it before.... They re-released on Gamecube when Wind Waker came out..... You're telling me THAT'S the signature game on 3DS? :(derekjeter2005I actually think Kid Icarus Uprising is more of the signature 3DS game this year then Ocarina of Time, but to answer your question the main reason anyone would want OoT3D is for a portable version of the game,I mean you can't carry a N64/cube/Wii in your pocket plus a screen to play it on.
This is why I am buying it, mainly to have a portable copy of one of the best Zelda games of all time in my pocket when I am out and about.
I just bought mine yesterday, although I have yet to test the battery power yet as when I am home I just plop it back on the charging cradle when I am done with it.
Zelda: Link's Awakening, Seasons/Ages (favorite franchise, so although I got them to play on my GBA the only games I will ever rebuy for my 3DS)
Super Mario Land 1 + 2 (Stolen in high school, never rebought, loved 2)
Wario Land (Super Mario Land 3) (Never owned it sadly, money was tight, and like I said I preferred Land 2)
Metroid II: Return of Samus
Kirby's Dreamland
Tetris (surprised nobody brought this one up, so addicting as a kid)
I think I am done with the list now, and as you can see no GBA on there, I have a GBASP and a stack of GBA titles, so I am in no mood to spend money on what I already own currently. (except the Zelda's)
wow how do you see the 3d on full? It looked crazy blurry and almots hurt to look at.[QUOTE="AutoPilotOn"][QUOTE="knightseason"]
I were glasses and have no trouble seeing it with the 3D on full, same with my brother.

At fist I had it about half way, any higher and it made my eyes go funny
Then after about an hour or so I tryed putting it on full again and my eyes adjusted to it really quickly, so maybe the 3DS has given me super eyes :P
same here and it only took 20 mins for me to see it on high, although some things still show up double at times, so I just tone it down to about half or so.I just ordered this as a just in case thing, if the battery in the 3DS proves to be worthy enough I will cancel this order.
