Also, since you seem to be an artist, can you learn to be that good or does it take a good amount of raw talent? I'd love to be able to just draw all day like when I was a kid. I couldnt really draw anything organic like people or animals, but I would do these really technical drawings of airplanes and guns and tanks and all kinds of cool stuff that hurt people lol. I'd like to get back to it.

Well i think anyone can learn to be a good artist but if you're talented you have a better chance to be an EXCELENT artist.

For a beginner a wacom bamboo would be an excelent (and cheap) choice, but if you have the money you can go for an intuos 4 that's what i use to make my comic.
