Yeah, all 4 a few months ago. It was nothing. The bad stuff happened when I got home, namely, I had hiccups for 3 DAYS STRAIGHT. You do not understand how terrible that is. But its really not that bad, as long as the tube does not irritate your esophagus.

Yeah, sorry TC, but your level of education on this subject made me fail with you.

STOP LISTENING TO PEOPLE IN THIS THREAD NOW! I just went down this road. I advise you to pickup "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" to Tom Venuto. Read some reviews. To lose fat you need to create a calorie deficit. This means taking in less calories than your maintenance level. You can eat whatever you like to get those calories, even McDonalds and still lose weight, but you will not be receiving important nutrients you need. 2.lbs a week is the maximum possible fat loss, so it might be a little high. Still reachable. And before people say "No, you can starve for a week and lose, like, 20.lbs", most of that weight would be water and muscle. Diet's don't work because you lose a little fat and a lot of muscle. It's called the starvation response.

[QUOTE="zombiefruit"]You guys must be really weak.... I just did it really easily, even at 4 steps out.McJugga

That means you have a lower center of gravity, and no upper body muscles... So it means that you're the weak one.

No, I workout a lot. I have a lot of upper body muscle. I'm not a weak kid.

1. Children of Men

2. Lord of The Rings Trilogy

3. Black Hawk Down

4. Apocalypse Now, until the wierd temple end. Everything up to that was fantastic.

5. Schindler`s List

6. Godfather (Hesitantly)

7. Forrest Gump (just plain heartwarming)

8. Gladiator

9. Dawn of The Dead

10. 28 Days later.

---WAIT---

Before you go ``Why`d he put Children of Men on the list...`` watch the movie in HD with no preconceptions from the book. It`s plain amazing. The warfare is spot on, and the cinematography and feel is absolutely awe-inspiring.

EDIT: Added in Dawn of The Dead and 28 days later (weeks sucked). I remember watching the starting news footage about a hundred times.

And Chess, don`t get me wrong, I like those movies, but I`m just the type of person that leans more towards feel, overall plot and cinematography.

The one movie to end all in this thread: Children of Men.
