Man it's getting cold quick

I just checked my desktop weather thingy-majigger, and it said that the outside temp was 60 degrees. That's pretty crazy seeing that I live on the coast. But I guess anything can happen. Here's a pic of my house on Chistmas Day last year.... (btw it's a thumbnail) well, I guess I better break out the jackets... later

One good thing about Twilight Princess getting delayed...

It gives me time to catch up on games I haven't played yet. A couple weeks ago I got Metroid Prime and LOZ:WW, both are my first games in those franchises. So far both of them are great and I know that they will last me for a good amount of time. Games that I'm looking forward to.... Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow Electroplankton Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time Mario Kart DS Metroid Prime: Hunters New Super Mario Bros. SSX on Tour Sonic Rush Super Mario 128 The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Viewtiful Joe Double Trouble

Bringing this thing back to life

Well, I'm back again to whoever look at this page. I've been doing quite fine. I've been starting to do take some measures to lose some weight. I'm eating sensable, but I'm not doing anything like eating only celery. I'm doing 2 mile walks every other day. And doing some free weights and push ups, it was quite a reality check when I couldn't even do one. Now I can do around 80 with a minute break inbetween 20, so that's a nice improvement. I'm not really looking at the scale, but more my waistline, most likely I'll be gaining muscle while I do this which I might missinterpret into me gaining pounds, so I'll just pay attention to how loose my jeans feel. And if you want to know how fat I once was, here's a pic of me for Halloween when I was in 8th grade, 7 years ago. I was quite the lil' porker. Thankfully I got taller and my weight got more evenly distributed. I may keep you guys informed on my progress, if there is any. Later

Meteos, another term for crack.

I just picked up Meteos yesturday, and I've already put 5 hours in this game. I'm only taking my time away from it now b/c my DS is charging. I've been shooting Meteos like a freek! So far I've done four paths in Space Trip, and I'm schooling all the CPUs in simple play (all at level 2 though :P). It's been quite some time that I've been so hooked to a game like this, it could just be the big rush of playing a new game and playing it forever, but I think I'll be playing this baby for a while and fusing all the little Meteos together. Well, that's all for now, and BTW, I've finally got a new TV, it's a 24" flat screen with component inputs, it has a pretty good image quality, a great buy. Check y'all latter.

My TV (1981-2005)

Well, the TV that I've been using since I was 6, and been gaming on since I was 11 with the N64. Has finnaly kicked the bucket. It was a hand-me-down from my Dad, he got it sometime in the 80's. It wasn't the newest TV, but it had what I needed. Three A/V inputs in the back, stereo speakers, and a pretty decent picture and screen size, 27" if you were wondering. I'm already looking for a new TV, but I will miss the good times that I shared with my first real Gaming TV. R.I.P.

First post

Um.....yeah. So this is that journal thing I've been hearing about. Interesting.... . I just finished watching the E3 coverage done by Gamespot, and I was quite satisfied with their coverage, they mainly hit everything that I wanted to see. And I can't believe all that I saw was free. But come next year I'll probably pay up for complete and give them a much deserved nickel raise that they all deserve. And having my s/n be any color I want sounds cool. I guess I should start counting down 'til TGS and Space World (if there is one)... 117 days/ 23 hours/ 2 minutes/ and 2 seconds
