One of the best games ever made.

This is the first videogame review I have ever written, and I thought it would be proper to review one of my favorite games of all time: Secret of Mana. I first got Secret of Mana back in 1993 when it was first released. I was 9 years old, and the Super Nintendo was still the big thing in gaming... Here it is 17 years later, and I can honestly say that I have just as much fun playing this game now as I did back then.
People that weren't around back in the SNES days might say the graphics are bad, but I would say they are dated and I wouldn't have it any other way because the gameplay is fantastic, and the story is good too.
I'm not going to go into detail about the story of the game and the characters... I'm sure if you've made it this far then you have a pretty good idea of what the game is about... It's an action/rpg, and there are 3 main characters you control, and you are on a quest to use the mana sword to save the world.
Squaresoft (Square-Enix) was at their prime back in the 90's, and this is one of their best games... Ever... I have played this game more times than I can count on both hands, and it never gets old. If you are a fan of action/rpg's, then you owe it to yourself to play one of the foundations of the genre. Actually, if you are a fan of videogames in general than you should play this game. Thank you for all of the wonderful memories Squaresoft.
