@H4num4n @counterswift He's one of the many, many people who watched both conferences, enjoyed them and didn't see all the hubbub on the game news sites. He didn't know that it was cool to hate the Xbox for a mixture of questionable and sometimes outright fabricated reasons.

Just because you'd have bought a Kinect doesnt mean everyone wants it spying on them whenever the One is on.

The 24 hour internet check is just another unnecessary restriction on when and where you can play your games. Nothing more. No positives to it at all.

Again, only relevant to you. I dont buy used either, doesnt mean it shouldnt be allowed.

1)It does cost more, but so did the PS3 last generation, and it was a good console.

1A) It costs more now. The PS3 cost more 12 years ago isn't a reason to buy the more expensive console now.

2) I'm not afraid of the Kinect, I would have bought it anyway.

2A) Good for you. Most people don't like being required to fork over another $100 for a kinect they won't use just so M$ can read their heartrate.

3) Who gives a shit about the 24h internet check. I'm always connected, just like everyone else who has friends who game.

3A) Your friends better get their own xbone, because they'll only be able to play on yours for up to 1 hour.

4)Used game fee is up to publishers and developers. Don't buy used anyway, because I like to support developers.

4A) M$ enabled it, without them, it wouldn't exist. Thus, they're just as responsible as any developer. Some games aren't worth $60, hence you buy a used game. Or perhaps you play one used in the bargain bin, find you like the dev, and buy new from them on a latter game - something you wouldn't have done without buying that other game used.

5) The amount of DRM isn't known yet.

6) Bribing devs? Thats called politics. It sucks but they both do it. Destiny is multiplatform, but they revealed the gameplay on the PS4.

@FatKevinSmith there were barely exclusives shown... only interesting was RYSE. most of the games shown were multiplatform but ppl were paid not to say that.

It does have 50% more power, but if you're such a TV AND SPORTS fan i can imagine that youll have fun with that thing...
