So the division Collector's edition sold out here in the USA, my question is can you not play an English version like from England in an American ps4 I mean Some guy bought a $325 edition in ebay and I have been browsing games in the UK and they have plenty of those editions

@drake08: I believe the PS4 is not region locked, so i don't see any reason why you couldn't.

This game looks more dire than I thought. After seeing the models react to being shot, or the lack of any reaction, it feels like the characters are made of cardboard, especially with the rpg hit system. The character movements look really terrible too, and stiff. The graphics don't just look downgraded, they look poor.

I have been looking forward to this game more than any other game for the past two years. I can't help but feel disappointed based on this video. The trailer that was originally shown made this game appear it was on a revolutionary path: an open world squad-based MMO RPG shooter where PvE scenarios blend with PvP opportunities. Now it is just a hub RPG shooter and an instance list. So what happened, Ubisoft?

@thunderborne: Without repeating what's been said many times over by myself or others, the game just looks cardboardish to me. There are many other games that I want to check out so I'm not gonna cry over this game.

@thunderborne: Maybe nothing happened? Maybe you shouldn't have decided what the game was before any real details were released? Maybe this is exactly how they wanted the game to be all along?

@rlg5150: You mean like in 2013 when Ubisoft mentioned that the game will be an open world RPG with PvP seamlessly integrated into some zones?

Ubisoft: "The Division is an online, open world RPG experience where exploration, objectives and player progression are all essential. You can team up with a group of friends in co-op and jump in and jump out at any time. In certain areas, you can also seamlessly engage in PvP and experience suspenseful scenarios where danger can come from anywhere and anyone.

"Player vs. Player combat will play a very big role in our game. The choices you make as a Division agent can either spur a recovery or plunge the city further into chaos. The people you meet in certain areas of the game can either be your best friends or your worst enemies. So you’ll constantly be making decisions that will impact the world around you."

Even the Gamespot editors here in this video mentioned that Dark Zone's gameplay is probably truer to the original vision of the game.

Don't get me wrong: I'm not canceling my preorder. I still want to play it. I am just disappointed and less enthusiastic about the game design pivot from something spectacular to just something evolutionary of PSO and Destiny.

@semienu9: Destiny sold a ton; so I wouldn't be real shocked to see a few similarly structured games from the other major publishers who can handle the investment. That you think Destiny sucks doesn't really matter if there's money in it.

@IndySandbagTrik: I tried to melee an enemy. After something like 6 hits, I gave up and started shooting. For some reason he kept asking not to be hit in the eyes. It was strange.

@IndySandbagTrik: It would look even dumber with your melee suggestion. It's an rpg hit damage system so you would see characters standing there gun butting other players to no effect. If it was an FPS with a one hit melee kill then OK but this is an rpg, it would look comical.
