Ubisoft PS4 Game Sales Double Xbox One

@Arkhalipso: No, actually, that is true. There's really nothing on PS4 right now other than third party titles, sorry to burst your little bubble.

@7tizz: This is a very odd stance to take. Why do you think Microsoft is so hesitant to openly talk about sales numbers unlike Sony? Why would a company hide that fact outside of their own quarterly reports in which they lump together 360 and X1 sales:

Note that Microsoft is actually lumping together X1 and 360 sales, whereas Sony distinguishes between PS3 and PS4 sales.

And there's about two year's worth of NPD numbers for these consoles with Microsoft only occasionally leading for a handful of months.

So the better question is: "if Phil is will to admit that Sony is leading in sales, why are you still in denial about it?"

Its literally plastered everywhere that the PS4 has sold more than double XboxOnes. Even Phil recently stated that he doubts they could catch up right now...

@7tizz: Ya I keep hearing this number that the ps4 outsold the x1 2 to 1 - I don't think that's an accurate figure.

@7tizz: MS not releasing numbers is proof enough, and this article is also proof enough. There's no reason for PS4 users to buy more Ubisoft games than Xbox users.

PS3 and Xbox 360 % are almost the same, and both consoles sold almost the same amount of units.

@myhomieyoda: This has nothing to do with Halo 5. These sales numbers were for the quarter that ended on September 30th. It doesn't include anything that came out after then, or any speculative impact Halo may have had on other publishers like Ubi.

@IJONOI: Because it is? If PC gaming amounts for only 17% of their sales, and other means take up 22% that means consoles take up the last 61%. At least do simple math before you try to celebrate with some misguided superiority complex.

That was back in May. This is current news, because Ubisoft just published their quarterly report.

@snyperdons: More than the one, at least things I care about. I see myself playing my PS4 more. The one has nothing but remakes, and sequels to long tired franchises. But if you want to celebrate about that...I guess. Im still waiting for something great to come out that I want. Maybe Recore...idk.

@snyperdons: And X1 users hadn't had anything to play since Fall 2014. But FINALLY have games for the "holiday." Meanwhile, Sony's been releasing content all year long

@deathwish026: Agreed. I'll admit, I'm more of an Xbox guy myself.... but if you figure there are more PS4's out there than Xbox One's.... it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure more games would be sold on the PS4.
