Bakugon: Defenders of the Core (x2 but they have different figurines) - $5 a piece. DS no standard game case with these, how strange is that? I opened one of them, it's just a loose cart in there... with some stuff...

Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian - $4 - PS3
Duke Nukem: Forver - $5 - PS3
Rock Band 3 Keyboard Bundle - $20 - Wii (the box isn't in the greatest shape but the bundle is the same price as just the game)

I also nailed a Wallmart website sale for a new 320gig PS3 - Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception edition, a 4-in-1 ultimate bundle (headset, charge station, controller, remote), Heavy Fire: Afghanistan.
the bundle of course comes with a controller, Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception (not for resale version) as well as 30 days of PS+.

Edit: the bundle was priced at a total of $339.23 after tax and shipping.

Niiice! Congrats onthe 320gb PS3 and finding RB3 Wii Keyboard bundle for $20. I hate how the Bakugan games don't come with a DS game case. Good prices all around!

thanks, I went out last night to get an HDMI cable since the PS3 came with a standerd AV jack... fail... anyway... I got a great nyko heavy duty 9ft one for $15! then popped into gamestop and bought LittleBigPlanet physically so my daughter could play without having to use my digital version. I also picked up the Rock Band 2 - two Cymble attaccthment for $10 new. amazing find.

I forgot to mention I picked up two new games.

1. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (PS3 new $60) what is up with the boss? Even on easy it is hard as crap. My right hand feels like it has arthritis, carpal tunnel and EVERYTHING else all wrapped up into one this morning. After losing like 50 consequtive times last night to her. :( I absolutely HATE turning off a game for the night without beating it (if it is a sit down and play until yhou beat type of game like fighters). I woke up this morning and it was still on, so I guess its all good... lol. Great game, but not a lot has changed, also did I mention that the acrade mode is insanely hard?

2. God of War Saga (PS3 new $40) Now, I know before I say this, some people's jaws would probably hit the floor, but it's true. Anyways, here it goes. For some reason I NEVER had the urge to play ANY of the God of War games, so as it goes right now, I never have. I do however have this still unopened game sitting here with 5 critically acclaimed games wrapped up on one pretty package... lol It contains God of War I, II, III and Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta. It also includes exclusive bonus content, 1 free month of Playstation Plus, and everything has been remastered in HD. I figure I might get around to playing it sometime taday. I will start with the first one, just to see if I missed out on anything.

Oh, I almost forgot that I picked up a a few games for my kids to play.

awesome games... I remember really enjoying MOST of GoW1... cept a few parts of Hades... that frustraited me to no end... it's a great hack n slash with a decent story... I never got around to buying part 2... that saga collection seems like a good idea...

Yeah man, the last boss is Jun Kazama (sp?) for the first round. After you beat her once she becomes the utterly hard almost impossible to beat "unknown." I dont understand some videos on youtube make it look like she just stands there and you can kick the crap out of her. On the game I got (maybe it is a different batch or something.... lol) she does air combos that YOU CAN NOT MOVE AT ALL over and over and over and over..... and that is BEFORE you reach unknown. Unknown is the same except is like twice as fast, strong, cheap, and has a giant hand and spikes that can pretty much insta kill you.... YAY!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

I looked up the fact that she is so hard, and some people say she just stands there and they dont have any problem with her, and others have the same problem as me where you can barely get a hit in, unless you keep doing sprint manuevers and get lucky. Unknown however on the game I got is nearly impossible, and changing the difficulty between easy and hard doesnt seem to make ANY difference AT ALL. As a matter of fact, every time I check my options on the last fight it says it is on a different difficulty level without me even changing it. That leads me to believe that the last fight is glitched on some discs and not on others... regardless it will probabky be patched.

The game is very good however (as Tekken standards usually are), not much has changed from the first tag game however. Just a different character lineup, and an extrmemly hard arcade mode. I think it was the third fight against Jin and somebody else that took me several times to beat as well. However once I got around the cheapness it wasnt too hard.

I would strongly recommend this game for online play, but not so much for the arcade mode. They also need a good solid patch to fix the difficulty levels, and tone down the "infinite" air juggles. I am all for air juggles but to a certain limit. In this game you can knock someone in the air, and if they are ANYWHERE near a wall you can keep them in the air for the remainder of their life bar whether it be full or mostly drained. This works both for you and against you. It can be extremely annoying to get hit 50 times in a row just wishing your character would hit the ground so you can actaully fight back... lol

I also heard that ALL DLC for the game is supposed to be free including new and old characters, so I guess we will see.
