Yay! My big buys from eBat came in. Check them out...

The Air Force games all have non-original cases except one, but lucky, I now have a supply of extra DC cases (and yes, they are physically different from regular CD cases. An Shenmue 2 is staying sealed for good, that's a collectable for me. And the flight controller is really cool.

Spectral is basically a game that plays like Samurai Shodown, it's pretty cool. And SS6 is just awesome, so many characters to choose from!

WOW that thing is really cool, I have never seen one of those. It never came out in the US as far as I can remember.

Yeah, it's a Japanese release. And it's a stick, if you look on the upper right corner, you can kind of see that the right pad is actually on a larger stick. It's really fun. I need to try my Panther on it at some point also, the flight stick on that may work, too.

Our local Hollywood Video is going out of business, so they've got some seriously good discounts going on on their games. I'm thinking about picking up these tomorrow:

All for $13 each. I might end up trading a couple of them in for a profit at Gamestop, but who knows. I might keep them all. I'll at least try them all out to see how I like them, except for C&C3, which I had before.

What do you all think?

They're rented games, so none of them are new. Fire Emblem is worth $16 in trade, plus I get a $10 bonus when trading it in with another game and 10% bonus with my edge card, so I'll basically be making a $16 investment (Fire Emblem plus Fusion Frenzy 2, which I got for $3) turn into $35 and will help me pay off The Club, which is an awesome game.

I've desided to pass on Untold Legends, since it apparently sucks, but the other two I will get once I get the rest of my money.

Yesterday I went to HMV (they have stores in Canada) to see what they had. One thing I noticed when browsing the video game section was Professor Layton. And it was labeled $19.99. So I just had to buy it. So I went to purchase it, but it registered as $29.99. I pointed out that the display case said $19.99, so he let me have it for $19.99.

I don't know if the $19.99 price was intentional or not. If it was a mistake, they might have changed it by now. I don't know. I haven't gone out today.

Kinda. Basically a friend of our store came in with a crap load of stuff to trade in. I thought I processed the whole trade, but when I started putting stuff away, I discovered that I never took in FEAR Files. I called the guy up and let him know of my error, and he told me I could just keep it.
