So, the Pirate got an itch, and that usually means trouble for his wallet...tonight was no exception...
I'll start with this little tale...I decided on a whim to jump in my car and make the 45 minute drive to the nearest town with game options other than Wal-Mart. I was specifically going to see if the snazzy edition of Viva Pinata was still at Sears. So, I grabbed my buddy and we headed off to the mall.
While we were there, he noticed that they had a crapload of junk last gen games for ridiculously cheap prices. Since he just bought my spare Cube from me, he nabbed a copy of Happy Feet (or more accurately, I nabbed for him...he had no money with him) for $3. We then went over to GameStop, where I decided to pre-order the Bells n' Whistles version of GTA IV (slated to come out on the 31st of Never). Steve-O noticed that they were selling Happy Feet used for $20. So we left the store and unwrapped the copy of Happy Feet I had just purchased, and got about $6.50 worth of trade for it (yes, I traded what was technically his game, but he won out in the end...stay tuned). He's planning on going back to Sears tomorrow and loading up on cheap crap games and trading them there. At any rate, here's the damage...
