Has a rookie ever won the predictions season before??
I have my fingers crossed!
Bigcol1611
If bloodling was last year (I can't remember), then yes. Otherwise it would've had to be me who won to make it happen.

I was indeed.
Oh well, this rookie dont mind! Im gonna give this my best shot anyway! How did i come joint 3rd I had webber and kovalinen who finished low and btw Ant I'm catching you only one place behind now.ryrulez
The answer is in your question. Without checking everything else in your prediction, I know alone Webber was worth 21 points just for moving up the field - and that was more than any other driver for the race.
EDIT: Well the good news for all you Macca selectors is that they haven't been DQ'ed, and so no points changes are required. However, they do have a suspended three-race ban hanging over them. If the ban hammer does fall on the in the next 12 months, here's what'll happen:
Players will still be expected to choose 4 teams totaling a number of 23 or higher. However, with the abscence of our silver friends, this is how the selection will look:
1 - Ferrari
2 -
3 - BMW
4 - Renault
5 - Toyota
6 - Toro Rosso
7 - Red Bull
8 - Williams
9 - Brawn GP
10 - Force India
Of course, this also applies to wherever McLaren will be for the 2010 season too, so if they were to finish 4th:
Players will be expected to choose 4 teams totaling a number of 29 or higher. If the Macca boys were 4th, then the table would be as follows (taking current standings):
1 - Brawn GP
2 - Red Bull
3 - Toyota
4 -
5 - Renault
6 - BMW
7 - Toro Rosso's replacement
8 - Williams
9 - Ferrari
10 - Force India
11 - New Team 1
12 - New Team 2
13 - New Team 3

Oh yeah thanks for clearing that up
[QUOTE="Redders1989"]Need to know whether Massa will keep his 6th place first.kingdre
Why wouldn't he? :?
I thought Massa was fine because he crossed the finish line, but one of the commentators said Massa didn't finish. He was shown in 6th in the immediate results, but they've been changed too many times in the past to assume the results will stand

The commentators over here said he stopped on the lap heading into parc ferme. A lot of inconsistencies if I do say so myself. :P
From my understanding, the team need to fill three canisters (small) of fuel, one of which for the FIA to test. If they can't fill all three up, then they get DQ'ed.Redders1989
Do they have to get fuel from the car itself or can they use the ones from the barrels in their garage?
The reason why Legard said he'd failed to finish was because he was too stupid to look at the screen which clearly said Massa had finished!
Massa WAS on his way to Parc Ferme when he ran out of fuel. I'd say that they'd have sorted out the fuel thing if there was a problem by now but I'll get these calculations done later. Need to finish work and do sommut to keep me awake

yeah thats right massa stopped on parc ferme but as redders said if the team arent able to provide enough fuel samples to the FIA then they get DQ'ed and as he was not even able to bring the car back to the garage that might be the case, hence prediction results will be done when this matter is resolved

Has to be from the car itself. Eddie Jordan was explaining about it when he was talking about his team's win in France 1999.
SPANISH GP SCORES:
Congratulations to kipi19, who - despite being irritated with EVERY score he's had so far - has finally won his first GP! His score brings him into the top 10.
Redders1989 extends his lead at the top of the championship to 34 points, but kingdre jumps Avenger1324 for 3rd place. KimisApprentice keeps his reputation for scoring big in Spain, last year's winner moving up three places as a result of his score.
I thought i was being clever and thinking outside the box, got bit on the backside instead!!!
3rd from bottom BLIMEY!!!
MONACO GP SCORES:
Unbelievably, If you chose BMW, McLaren or Toro Rosso as your worst constructor, you scored 5 points - all three were equally worst!
Beyond my belief, Redders1989 has won a third race this season, and now have a 46.5 point lead over Bigcol1611. kingdre has a blip and drops to 5th, behind Avenger1324 (3rd) and XSamFisherX (4th). tony205 and mavediss enter the 2009 Championship in 23rd and 25th respectively.
Wow I'm surprised I was so high up this round. At one point looking at the race standings Vettel was out, while Sutil and Glock were last and 3rd last - not really a recipe for lots of points :)
I wonder if Redders avatar is bringing him good luck :P
TURKISH GP SCORES
wombat26 takes his first win of the season, in which most scores were determined by who was selected in the latter 6 sections.
Redders1989 has his lead extended to 70 points in the championship, with Bigcol1611 hanging on to 2nd place, just 8 points clear of kingdre who jumps back up into 3rd. Such is the close battle from 2nd to 8th place that the gap between those two places is less than 40 points. kono11's failure to predict costs him 7 places in the championship, dropping him down to 16th.
oops!
Well those predictions kinda backfired!! Thought I'd go for something a bit unusual and it failed badly
I wonder if Redders avatar is bringing him good luck :PAvenger1324
I wanted to change for a Brawn image of JB, but now you say that, I'm gonna keep this one!
BRITISH GP SCORES
mavediss wins his first race, but only entering a few races means he only climbs one place whilst escaping the masses of users who haven't entered in a while.
Redders1989 yet again, despite finishing 10th, extends his lead in the Championship to 72 points now over new 2nd placed user XSamFisherX. kingdre, who started third, dropped to 5th. Had Avenger1324 entered on time, he would've retained 6th place in the chase.
