On the first one or the series in general? My AC1 should be somewhere between 20-30 hours. I'm not 100% sure what it is or what that number would be up to if I was doing all of my time with the series.
I agree with the RE's being better though for me personally with the REs I enjoy REmake and Zero the most simply cause it maintained the glory and feel of the older ones but with improved graphics and functionality that I'd say even hold up rather well to today's games.
I can't speak much for the FFs since the Xs and XIIIs have been my main time in the FFverse. I spent some time with VII and IX but I need to get around to playing and beating the earlier ones. The graphics are killer for me, I skipped that generation growing up since I went from a genesis to a gamecube and its hard going back to graphics that I never really experienced growing up. Plus its such a time commitment to those graphics given the length of the FFs.Â

AC 1 was probably 15 hours or so, i am up to almost 70 hours on AC 2 and just finished it 5 minutes ago as i type this

I haven't replayed any of them and it seems like the only reason I would do so is for achivements or if I really wanted to experience the story again. That's just me personally though.
Since this is the non FF game discussion thread, has anyone here played Resonance of Fate on PS3 or 360? It's a really awesome RPG from Sega and Tri-Ace.Â

yeah that might be true that there isn't much replay value except for the story perhaps, but they are great games
I love Mass Effect! I've beaten the first 4/5 times, the second at least 8 times, and the third 3 times. I also have the second platted and I need 3 of the achievements from the newest dlc yet for 3 and then that'll be platted once again :P FemShep FTW ;)

i have played through 1 3 times 2 1 time and 3 1 time, i will play them again
2 was easily my favorite out of them if that wasn't obvious from my amount of playthroughs :P You should play them again at some point though and you need to play the third Vega ;)
I will get to 3 whenever I can, but it may not be any time soon.
I finally finished AC revelations today. I didnt really get the ending that I wanted, it seemed like it didnt give enough details to what happens but i found out the sad news of what does happen after revelations.

Yeah same here. I just finished the Persona 4 anime and I'm sitting here thinking that I have 5 of the 6 Persona games and I haven't beaten any of them yet :P
I beat Far Cry 3 about a month ago, it was a really good game. I hear ya with old school since I started FFVI today and I'm still working on Devil Survivor Overclocked too.
I probably should finish the ACs or any number of the uncompleted or unplayed games I have but atm I seem to be anime focused as well as nostalgic for my classic handheld days. I found someone on youtube who does parodies and playthroughs, mainly with pokemon and zelda, and now I really feel like playing pokemon :P I think I might restart Soul Silver today or tomorrow and then once this semester is over my one friend and I are going to restart Black/White 2 and work on that this summer since we both got it when it came out but neither of us got very far. He played for about 20 hours and only had 2 badges where as I played for 22 hours and I had 6 badges. What sounds more like your playstyle if you play pokemon?
I think they're pretty good. Personally though Gen 4 was my least favorite so I'm finding Gen 5 much better. The first black/white had a pretty good story that switched it up from the normal formula a little and had some good new features from previous games. 2 takes place 2 years after the first and I haven't beaten it yet as I said but I think I'm enjoying it more than the first since they expanded the pokemon you find to include several of the ones from previous gens and that happens to have several that I like too :P I need to get that finished before Gen 6 in October with X/Y.

Personally I preferred AC over AA but then again its almost like how can you not. More characters, larger story, more gadgets, just more everything. I liked being able to play as other characters as well. I like being Catwoman :P
They were, although are we talking bigger in terms of explorable area or scope of story. I'm pretty sure that AC easily tops Brotherhood. AC2 idk though cause its been awhile and that is the best AC imo.
