While it may have been some 16 years ago or so, Bush was quite smart and a good president. He only served one term of course, but he did ALOT for the economy. OF course, with an economy as large as the U.S., it takes years to really see the effect of the plans,m which resulting in it's steep rise not happening during his termfs_metal
