Me personally i love the Zelda games and in my opinion the best game (that i have played anyway) has to be The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time :)

Common sense dictates that you don't remove a Game of the Year and the most critically acclaimed game on the GC (check out the Big Picture at GameRankings) just because you said so. Thats Metroid Prime.

....and if you say, well, everyone hates it, take a look at the Reader Review score and the sterling 9.3 average at GS ;). Thats with thousands of reviews on the game also.

Face it, removing Metroid Prime from the list would make the Poll worthless.

It's close between Smash Bros Melee and Resident Evil 4 for me but Smash Bros Melee is the best game on Gamecube.

Ganondorf gets asword plunged into the top of his head. Personally I wouldn't say that's exactly family friendly. I'm not saying Wind Waker was for adults only or anything, but it's people like gigabrowser12 who think that the graphical and art direction turned it into some sort of kid's cartoon.

I have a hard time believing that Wind Waker (dont get me wrong, great game) is on the list and Twilight Princess is not........ TP will not sell that many copies because it was released so late in the GC's lifespan but it really was better than Wind Waker.w00tcolors
