Confirmed as a mess up, its not delayed. *Puts fist in air* One day 360 owners you will know what its like, one day!

I see those as timed exclusives or something like it. This is for a game that is scheduled for both at the same time but the PS3 version gets delayed for weeks or months.

i wasn't planning to get this, but after reading some of the positive reviews i think it's safe to say this will be worth owning...

also, best buy canada is having a deal next week where you can purchase assassin's creed and call of duty 4 for $90...seems like a pretty sweet deal to me...

You know that scene from Terminator 2? Where the T-1000 is like totally mashing Arnie's face off with an iron girder before impaling him with a steel rod? That's what this season is doing to my wallet. Next week is AC and Mario Galaxy, and the week after is Mass Effect and Uncharted. And those are just the sure buys. There are always a few that sneak under the radar and end up being awesome.

On topic, AC is looking really good. I'm hoping it lives up to the hype and doesn't sour me forever on Jade Raymond.

I'm so tired of these dull, muted color palates for realistic settings. Though I must say the blue tint is a nice alternative to familiar staples brown and grey.

Even after all the hype and backlash this game has gone through it still looks pretty intriguing. Do I finish what's on my plate before Mass Effect drops at the end of the month, or just gorge on a little of everything that looks tasty in the meantime? I'm inclined to wait, I can't spend *all* my holiday cash on games for myself. Not very giving of me. But if it gets 9+'s across the board and comes highly recommended, well.. a man can only be so strong.

So far so good! I can't imagine it is going to score anywhere near that high from IGN and Gamespot, but it is a sure sign that the game is good.

I'm pretty sure it'll get a 9.0 here, it's quite an amazing game, just like PoP was at it's time.....

I feel so bad that everyone can get it in like 3 days and that I need to wait extra 2 months for the PC version :(

A lengthy game with lots of surprises. Too much repetition is the only flaw in what is otherwise a must-play experience.

Sounds good, the replay value is high. I'm getting it on day 1 thing is don't know which platform to go with atm 360 or ps3.

For some reason I'm not to excited about this game. I don't know, maybe the content doesn't appeal to me.

I like Prince of Persia but Assassins Creed...eh...maybe not for me...but have to play it first to really say that though, so I'm willing to give it a try.

Yeah, these cons aren't that bad, it's better off having a big, immersive game then have a game that takes place in the size of my room, which is pretty small O__o

There are few differences between the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. PS3 owners are blessed with a slightly more solid frame rate, although the 360 version features a little more contrast in the lighting, so it's pretty much a wash. But regardless of which platform you go with, you'll have an amazing and unforgettable game. Assassin's Creed is the kind of game you tell your friends about, and one that should be in your collection."

Hey if you have a Fry's near you its 39.99 on sale there, for that I'm going to check it out, its still hard for me to decide which version. I should have my DS3 by the end of the week. So rumble both hmm Achievments ... hmm I might buy for PS 3 because not much else besides Drake I want anytime soon.

Good freakin' god man, could the reviews for this game be a bit more all over the place or what? This has to be the biggest love it or hate it game I've seen in some time.

I'm getting it, and that's final. I've liked the idea, story, and look to it since it was first announced and I'm sticking with my gut on this one. It may have flaws, but I think the experience will make up for most of them in the end.

The reviews seem wonky and divided. No fence sitters here. Either one loved it or hated it.
