I've always been a gamer, though not as avid of one as I am today. That's all thanks to a game called Guardian's Crusade when I was younger. Chrono Cross too.
Final Fantasy VIII was my first game and it got me into RPGs.
Metal Gear Solid 2 was the game that got me into other genres though.
Virtua Fighter 2 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for Saturn got me into games. Sonic Adventure, Rayman 2, and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six on Dreamcast got me obsessed.
It wasn't so much as the game that got me into gaming as it was just the first game I played. When I was 5 or something like that I played Super Mario 64 at my friends house and I didn't understand how it worked at all. I still remember it, it was the level with the sunken ship and I just kept jumping into the wall over and over again but for some reason I really liked it. Later on I learned how to play and got my own N64.

the demos for PS1 lol thats what got me into gamingcrashhat69Are talking about the Samplers that came bundled with the system? Because those were awesome! Some of the best demo discs ever for any system. It had like 30 playable demos on those things, and almost every one of them were of incredible games for the time.
