I would not want to waste tax-payers' money on feeding that kid in prison. I don't care if he's a minor. He has proven that he is unfit for society by committing premeditated murder; therefore, he should be executed (even though that won't actually happen).UltimateXShadow
For some reason, America is the only Western country who still practices the death penalty. I'm not sure if this is true...but I tt the heard from somewhere that the death penalty is sometimes more expensive than keeping them for life. I imagine the drugs needed for a lethal injection to be rather expensive.

It's more expensive because of all the legal proceedings that have to occur once the murderer is on death row. I'm not 100% sure of the specifics, but they are very easy to research.

By the way, I'm a firm believer that habeas corpus should be suspended for a proven murderer. In other words, his/her rights should be suspended up until his/her execution.
