Do you know if they'll be archiving that? I tried to watch it live, but the stream quailty was horrible in addition to it buffering almost constantly for me.

Played Starhawk today, it was pretty awesome. Going from mech->flying is more fun than you think it would be. Still don't really like the on-foot combat, but whatever. Uncharted 3 looked cool, but they only had multiplayer available and I didn't really want to wait in line for that. I also played LBP2 with the Move, which was kinda weird. They had a new gadget that just lets you pick up and move objects around with the pointer, but it was strangely hard to use.

Are we going to see a Ready At Dawn game at E3?

Does the ground combat still feel like Warhawk? If so, that works for me. I never became a good pilot in Warhawk, but I was very effective on the ground.
G4 has some LBP Vita gameplay, the use of the touch and motion sensors is perfect. It adds so much to the game. It looks stunning in motion as well. Definitely the game to get.dvader654
Cool. I tried to reserved LBP Vita yesterday but while Gamestop let me reserve the PSP2 (with a $50 deposit) they didn't yet have any Vita games on their reservation list. *Shrugs* Oh well, its hardware that is(sometimes) hard to acquire, not software.

Awesome Rag, loooks great, I really need the Sly Collection.Uncharted 3 is going to include a LAN mode, and you can thank the hackers for that. ND was working on some co-op and multiplayer stuff when PSN went down, and to continue testing it they set up some LAN code. And since it's there, they're going to leave it in.
I'm a sucker for cell shaded games. Gravity looks like it could be pretty cool. It is from the Siren team.
Prepare yourself for a new perspective in gaming in this visually stunning cel-shaded adventure. Take gravity into your own hands as you take the role of a heroine seeking her past and the means to protect her future in a world that's falling apart. Shift from streets to walls and buildings as you manipulate gravity to save a city from its enemies and perils.

I just realized that Gravity is a Vita game. That's insane. I loved Siren on the PS3 (the only version I've played) and Gravity has an interesting concept, so I'll keep an eye on it.

Damn, I was hoping it was on PS3. I definitely want to try it out.
Gamestop is pricing Vita games at $40. Obviously that could change, but hopefully they aren't just speculating.rragnaar
Hope that's true. It'd be awesome not to have to pay $50 or $60 for a new game.

Gamestop got the 3DS pricing right, so this is most likely true.
We might even see cheaper versions on the PSN Store since publishers wont have to worry about retailer cuts or packaging costs.

So, $20 for new games on PSN, you think? I can't imagine them going for $30 since that wouldn't give much incentive to download from PSN rather than buy from a retail outlet.

I doubt they would be $20. especially a game like Uncharted or Street Fighter X Tekken.
$30 seems resonable but keep in mind that PS Vita has no internal storage. And Sony is making you buy their own propreitary format. Which means a 16GB memory stick might sell for $50 itself.

If the PSP is any guide, downloadable games will cost the same as retail games. Consumers still prefer physical copies so Sony can't afford to piss off Gamestop.

It's wishful thinking, I know. Just seemed like a good way to be competitive.

Like Carnage said, Sony cant afford to piss off retailers by pricing DD versions lower on their PSN Store. I didnt think of that when i made my original post.
We might see discounted versions on PSN a couple of months after launch though. Peace Walker was down to $19.99 a few months after launch.

Unless Sony wants the Vita to bomb, the MSRP for Vita games had better not be more than $40. $50-$60 is way too much for handheld software.

Has the exact format been announced? I haven't seen that info, but I've been paying more attention to the games than the specs.

Nope. All we know about it is that it's Sony's own propriety format.

Hopefully they will offer up something which stores a massive amount of data (at least 100GB on the high end). I've been buying PSP games via PSN (its easier than carrying around disks) for the past couple years and have quite a few of them (on a 32 GB stick).
GameSpot had a demo for Journey if anyone's interested. I want this game so much. Looks incredible. Wish they'd just give us a date already.

Great video. It would be nice if it released this summer. Journey will probably make money whenever it is released, but Christmas is always a cluster****.
