Anybody's Wii collecting dust??

I haven't my Wii this month yet and I've probably played it for 2 hours in the month of May. And I think it's usage dropped off dramatically in April.

I know it's drought season, but anybody else not touching their Wii? (And I don't mean it in a perverted way either)

Since my NES broke I got one of those Generation NEX things and have been hooked on my old games like crazy. I've have had a huge obsession of playing Double Dragon 2 alot.

Definitely. There's a lack of good, Wi-Fi games as opposed to the strong DS. :( Majorly disappointed.

I just recently picked up Zelda again and finished it about 2 weeks ago but before that yeah I hadnt played it for about 2 1/2 months . . . Its ok though since the same thing happened to my Xbox 360. I think thatll change here in the next month or so since themore interestinggames are finally getting released for both systems. Woohoo :)

Mine sure isn't. Wanna know why? I can savour games. I got my Wii on April 20th, and have yet to finish Zelda or Super Paper Mario (two games I bought with my Wii) because I'm savouring them.Bluestorm-Kalas

I totally understand that man, I got Twilight a couple days ago with my Wii and I've been playing it slowly and enjoying it.

only time ive used it since launch was A.) played zelda for a couple weeks and B.) friends came over. Other than that the Wii has kinda turned out to be a waste of money as well as time for waiting in line for the damn thing

I got my Wii on day 1. I beat Zelda in like 3 weeks, and didn't touch it until the day Super Paper Mario came out. I rented that and beat it after 3 days. So yes, my Wii is just collecting dust.

Oh god no. I still haven't beaten Sonic, I still haven't beaten Super Paper Mario, and I got Excite Truck a few weeks ago. Still haven't beaten that. I also have a crapload of VC games I have yet to play through, along with a few VC games I need to buy. I'm looking forward to RE4 for Wii, which will hopefully get me through July. I'm also probably gonna get Transformers, regardless of the reviews. Cause, you know...It's Transformers. Then comes August, then comes Metroid Prime 3. By the time I'm finished with that, it will be the fall, and you know what that means.

I totally know what you're talking about. When I first bought Zelda, I spent two hours in the starting village.

Nope. I'm alternating games with Super Paper Mario, Wonder Boy (an awesome game) and Super Mario 64. After I'll beat SPM, it's Skies of Arcadia Legends one of my favorite RPG and it's way better than anything on the 360 or the PS3.

it's not really collection dust...it's in a container...so yeah, i'm not qualified here..

the main reason i don't play my wii is because i don't have my own tv,so i have to plug it in the tv in the living room, and all that, and put it away...so i';m getting a tv in a couple of weeks, so i can finnaly finish tp..

I just got totally finished with the godfather, and am now starting on MK:A...lot of stuff to unlock.

Kinda hoping I can avoid scarface...it looks really fun, but its the same genre as godfather and i have other games to be getting..and i still have MK:A like i said, plus SPM to finish. and RE4:Wii the week after next. and maybe pokemon AND harry potter the week after that. my poor wallet :(

Got it at launch havent bought a game since havent played it since March Brwal connot come soon enough.

Really? Are you still looking? They were still scarce here until about a month ago, now they're not exactly everywhere, but if you're willing to go store to store you should find a big stack of them on your 2nd-4th try.

Well I just recently got my Wii and am about halfway though Zelda. Still, there is so much I want to play. SPM, RE4, Tiger Woods, Extice Truck, Mario Party, and Godfather.

There are also a ton of VC games left to get, like Starfox, Sonic, anf FZero. Also, upcoming games like the big 3 and others are going to be amazing.

Oh, and I didn't own a gamecube so there is still that resource to tap into.

I wnt away from my 360 for awhile, but I eventually went back to it and put more time into Oblvion and picked up some new games. Video games are cyclical like that. The Wii is a quality system, and offers many different ways to experience generations of games.

Omg yes. I've called about every electronics store around my area and had them check the back and they said they didn't have any in stock. I don't know what's going on here in CT.

if it werent for my little brother it would be, cuz thats all he really plays.

i prefer the ps3 to it actually... i have way more fun on resistance than any wii game, including zelda. im a zelda fan myself, but i got 3 temples into the game and got bored with it. the best game on the wii in my opinion is rayman raving rabbids because the wii is only good for mini games.
