why are there typos, is this even real, or just a guy sitting at home making this up.Jdog30
why are there typosJdog30
Is this a joke? Why wouldn't there be any? It's not like he has the time to read his stuff several times while trying to pay attention. You had all time in the world and didn't manage to throw in questionmarks.

[QUOTE="JAB991"][QUOTE="Joystiq"]6:26 Will the NES games be returning? Maybe virtual console titles, playable with friends online? The answer is ... no. They want people to stay in the Animal Crossing world ... if you want Virtual Console games, please play them on the virtual console.SirSpudly
NOOOO!
What's so wrong?
It's just Nintendo missing the point of Animal Crossing.
Which is playing NES games?"Seasons are still inverted for those in the southern hemisphere. "
First the disconnecting issue, now this. Have they fixed ANY of the problems with the previous versions?
As I said before when they demonstrate wii music it better use the wii balance board other wise it's either punch out wii or """SHUDDER""" Shaun Whitems-fable
The balance board will be used to demo the drums on Wii Music.

Well know one knows but almost every one on this forum wants that unless they want to take the risk of getting punch out wii.

This is probably true. But knowing Nintendo and from yesterday, may not be a new game. So dont get your hopes up to high. The two guys close and to the left look sleep. >.> The guy with the hat on may be writing...or pretending to be writing.
stkr
Well, yeah, they haven't announced ANYTHING new yet. What's the point of even having a press conference like this if it's the exact same as the one on the day before?

I'm pretty sure nothing new will be announced. Oh well, nothing I didn't expect -.-*.
Nope. That is all they do, release the same game with a few new features and don't try to make improvements. There is so much they could do with Animal Crossing...grr, just talking about it makes me mad."Q&A time. In WIld World, if one player left a town, everyone was disconnected. This time around there's the same system, and so the same problem. But this time around you can do more stuff together, like take in a show and such. Still, Yeguchi is sorry for not fixing the problem"
WTF. Do the devlopers even care about improving the game experience?
Also, the balance board is obviouly going to be used to demo the drums for Wii Music.
Rocky32189
I think the balance board is a nice tool btw. Miyamoto suggested Kirby Tilt & Tumble Wii as one plausible idea that one could use the balance board for, and if thats the case I would certainly go out and buy one for it! And I think Punch Out could possibly be pretty good on it, who knows. Why not give it a shot, you know?
and why the hell are they repeating the conference, with less audience!?MangaPicture
They are showing the games in more detail and allowing the press to ask question. That was the whole point of this conference, and I was saying that since yesterday. A few people start rumors out of nowhere and then everyone thinks new games are being announced. It's funny actually.

Maybe he is the new look of Mario! XD"Is this an admission the Wii Remote isn't good enough? When they were working on Wii Sports, Yeguchi says, they always wanted more, but they realized they could create a fantastic product with what they had. Or, as Donald Rumsfeld might say, You go to launch with the Wii Remote you have, not the Wii Remote you might wish you had."
lol. I can't believe someone asked that.

:D I'm glad they did, though. I don't know why, but I love seeing the officials squirm under intense questions. >.> Especially when they're what most of us are wondering anyway.
man their going crazy with their gimicks this year!!!
AC = wii speak, extra 30 bucks
wii sports multiplayer = more wii pluses for ur extra wii mote X dollars
wii music = balance board for drums = buy wii fit
u cant just buy ONE game anymore from nintendo without needing 50 million gimmicky gadgets to go along with it...
there really cash hungry!
well, its offical, 1 hour has passed and it looks like im going to sleep with a sad mind tonight :(Matthew_han
yeah me too:(
so now our current wiimotes are about to become obsolutemuppetpornstar
I think you mean obsolete, and no. The Wii Motion Plus still requires the wii controller to function, which is why it's an attachment. You couldn't add buttons to it and call it a wii controller because there's more tech. in the wand that is required to play.
WHY is shiggy doing this? What happened to my god :(MangaPicture
He's only doing what his money hungry boss Iwata tells him. It's not like he chooses the projects that he works on.
[QUOTE="muppetpornstar"]so now our current wiimotes are about to become obsoluteSirSpudly
Planned Obsolescence, Nintendo's strategy all along.
Along with every other console maker ever.
i have had consoles since atari 2600 , and never have any of them made their launch joysticks obsolute , needing an upgrade to play games.... so no , not like ever other console maker

Yeah they still want us to buy the old stuff. Now they just want us to buy the new stuff too.
7:02 Shigeru Miyamoto comes on stage to demo Wii Music. He's clad in a retro Super Mario World undershirt, a stylish black cowboy shirt, black jeans and brown cowboy boots.
