The Smash Bros. Brawl thread (now with poll!)

w00t, looks like nintendo had a suprise that they knew would shock us.Great news and i cannot believe this topic has already 25 pages :O.That attack Link did looked awesome, so it looks like there are gonna be more attacks etc.

I wanted to play as Pit from the get-go but that trailer has made me love the guy, and I havn't even played his game. Seriously how awesome is it to shoot arrow in midair then swoop down, sepereate your bow then start fighting with daggers! 8)

I can't beleive Solid Snake is in it Okami_kon

i can cause he was in metal gear for the nes/snes

WOW, thats insane....but too bad it isn't a launch title anymore...

List of things I want in SSB:B

since Solid Snake is in it then I would hope that Nintendo has been talking to many other devs. to bring there character into the game...such as

1. Sonic-Sega
2. Tails-Sega
3. Knuckles-Sega
4. AiAi-Sega
5. Megaman-Capcom
6. Viewtiful Joe-Capcom
7. Pacman-Namco
8. Bomberman-Hudson
9. Bonk-Hudson
10. I don't play FF but I know if they got FF characters into SSB:B then it would bring in a lot of people-Square Enix
11. CHUCK NORRIS!!! oh wait....he would be unbeatable....

Nintendo Characters that I want them to announce

1. Balloon Fight Guy
2. Waluigi
3. King DeDeDe
4. Dark Samus (don't say anything about it would be a clone because Dark Samus in MP:2 has totally different moves then Samus)
5. The half man half robot from Project H.A.M.M.E.R.
6. Diddy Kong
7. Old School Apreciation Characters (all the 8-bit nintendo characters)

All old SSB levels available to earn.

And using the Wiimote for more SSB:B mini-games like the target game in SSB:M

Hmm, would be interesting to see if the special moves will interrupt the fast and frantic gameplay.  And they have not confirmed all characters will be returning from the previous games :(

But I remain hopeful, purely because Pit and Meta-Knight are in the game...and Samus' new BeamCannon pwns! :D

And Solid Snake better have the neck-snap as his special move :P

Yeah I imagine a Kid Icusus game being made after launch. Siggy is still over seeing Super Smash Bros, Zelda, Mario, and I am sure a few DS title. And those are jsut the ones we know about. Once launch comes I think he will have the time to come out with a Icurus game.

I hope this game is launch and it better be online. Nintendo really needs to use this game to sell Wifi on their Wii at launch.

It is on Wifi but its not a launch title anymore, now to other concerns I was thinking about a moveset for snake and i think a few good moves for him would be the the dart gun be his B projectile attack and it immobilizes your opponent for a second his smash attacks could be the rocket launcher, and maybe clay explosives an i noticed on the trailer they were all doing these huge attacks I hope that they implemented some kind of insane super like that triforce attack that Link was doing to Mario.

But someone is going to have to convince to me to get it I've never liked Smash. But the graphics look great and not forgetting Snake's in there 8)
