Whoa whoa whoa... TP got a great score! If you were expecting it to get a perfect 10 or at least a 9.5, I'd say you were a fool to have such high dreams.

TP should have at least broke 9. And I played the game, I know I'm not a fool for thinking it should have a 9.5.

Well i didn't expect this at all... I went to Nintendo Fusion Tour, and by far WarioWare was the best demo out there... but of coruse, it was only up agains Wii Play, Wii sports, and Excitetruck... at any rate, I had expected an 8.0 at the most. but 9.1? now that must be a good game! :o the only two things that could possibly keep me from buying it is if it has really crude stuff in it (I.E. Guy peeing on fire from WarioWare Touched, Nose picking is ok). and that this is the only Wii game where the common cow excuse "You will look stupid playing the Wii" actually works :p Ill probably end up getting it anywho :D

Hey, the original was AAA, and it was the first time a warioware came out. Now, because of the wii remote the newest is AAA Something the DS couldn't really do.

i dont know why the graphics scored high on this game it looked like it was very simple, and some how ugly am happy wii is getting good rating...i want the wii to successed because i believe in nintendo but warioware is i dunno..i didnt play it yet though, i dont get how this game scores higher than zelda...am not even a zelda fan

9.1? While it's his opinion, it seems a mighty high one. If you have the friends to play with then it should last you a while. But if you don't play your Wii with friends too often, it'll be gathering dust on your shelf before you know it... Saying that though, he must have really really enjoyed playing it.

Man someone posted in here that Red Steel and Rayman are going to go on sale at Circuit City for $30.00 each next week. I already have Red Steel so I was thinking about picking up Rayman. After seeing this review though im thinking about forking over more dough now. I am still kinda baffled how it got a higher score than TP but hey if the games good what can I say. Keep the games coming big N !!!

...wait.... Why do we wait for review scores?! I'm guessing none of us here have learned the simplest way to make game purchases and be successful every time. You completely ignore the score and you read into and around what the reviewers saying. Jeff just doesn't go into enough detail unfortunately so his reviews are harder to work with on the other hand the typical IGN review has more than enough usually to do this. Again a reviewer may take off points or find something bad about a game when you may like that quality of the game. Such as Zelda being more of the same or a mechanic in a game that doesn't agree with the reviewer you might like. This has happened to me many times where I found something and said to myself "That's not a problem" I'll tip you off on that hint cause i made bad game purchases for years going by score and haven't made a bad one since I started doing this. As for Wario Ware SM getting a 9.1. I'm as big a Wario Ware fan as anyone so its been a must buy since they announced it.

OK ppl! SOME wii game would HAVE to pass the 8.8 limit right? I mean, it's not because everyone here thinks that TP is the best game ever, that now, if any Wii game gets over 8.8, it's automaticly Jeff Gertsman bash time.... Honestly, just get over it! I for once, am pretty certain that I will have a lot of fum with this game, and that it deserves this score!

Wow! I'm really happy it got such a good review from GameSpot since I've preordered it a couple of weeks ago from play.com!
On the Zelda:TP issue; let's forget about the whole issue. I know it have been said before but reviews are very subjectively written which doesn't make them "fool proof". Jeff is totally entitled and a capable writer for GameSpot and I recognize GameSpot as the most believable source of getting my reviews from, personally. Zelda is a great game for us who like it so let's just play it instead of ranting the review and have fun with Wario Ware:SM, a hopefully stunning Wii title!

Well it must be better than Zelda then, it's a good thing I held off on buying any games until this one came out. Seriously though, I'm glad it got a good score. I've never been a huge collection of minigames fan, but other sites reviews have been saying that it is too short and has no replay. I'd love to try it and am really glad that GS gave it a good score. It's sort of a sign of hope that it won't fall in to a collection of mediocrity. My funds are a little low now, but I'll play it if my friend gets it.

I think it will live up to the reveiw.  I was a big fan of the orginal, so I think it will be great.  The Wiimote will help it immensivly too.

While I'm glad the game scored well and I plan on buying it, I was a bit disappointed in the review.  For a game that scored a 9.1 (very rare on Gamespot) it seemed to be a pretty short and shallow review without much reasoning as to WHY it scored so well.  I really don't care about the TP score comparisons and don't understand why anyone else does at all.  Get over it, TP got a very good score.  It doesn't affect whether you enjoy the game or not.

thats so stupid WW is like the funnest game...for the first hour, but i wouldnt mind but it got a 9.1 higher than TP which is crazy that game last 2-3 hours at most while TP lasts over 50 hours come on, zelda a 8.8 but WW a 9.1....

Would you people shut up about the TP score? It was 2 bloody months ago, and I'm tired of hearing people complain about it. A mod already said not to turn this thread into an "OMG WW ISNT BETTER THAN TP!!?!?!?!" Thread. They're different games, and they cant be directly compared.

Yes the whole one page of it...I really think if games are going to score AAA they should have a bit more depth in the review.

well with Warioware, most people over here probably know what its like, and I guess if he had to go in depth he would probably have to describe some of the microtasks
