Its a decent platformer. It has the "Nintendo charm" but its gameplay isn't on the same level as NSMBW or DKCR. Worth it for cheapish, as ppl have said.Wario Land Shake It.

Hey all. I have a question about Conduit 2. I enjoyed the first one, I thought it was fun, and MP was decent when it wasn't being hacked. So my question is whether you reccomend Conduit 2 for me. I'm sick of CoD style shooters but I'm also hearing good things about it. If I do decide to buy it, I'm waiting for a price drop. Thanks in advance.

What does any of this mean?
Should I keep Super Mario Galaxy 2? I'm asking because I'm thinking of trading it in for $30 at Best Buy so I can get this other game. Jbller3
Depends. Have you beaten everything? Do you still play it? What's this other game?

Nope, not every single thing. Nope. inFamous 2. hah.[QUOTE="turtlethetaffer"][QUOTE="Jbller3"]Should I keep Super Mario Galaxy 2? I'm asking because I'm thinking of trading it in for $30 at Best Buy so I can get this other game. Jbller3

Nope, not every single thing. Nope. inFamous 2. hah.Well I mean if you don't play it anymore and have no interest to, I would say go for it. But if you want to get everything in it, I would say keep it. Questions like these are tough to answer because everyone has different preferences. Me I would keep it, but you do whatever you're comfortable with.
Good games under $20? An RPG a Shooter or anything with a decent story is good with me.
Games I've already played: No More Heroes 1 and 2, Madworld, Deadly Creatures, Metroid 3, Super Mario Galaxy, Twilight Princess, Silent Hill Shattered Memories, and Okami.

If you're willing to play something different, I'd reccomend playing Final Fantasy crystal Chronicles: The crystal Bearers. The main story is short and is basically an interactive movie, but there is a Medal system in the game that adds alot of replay value. (I've spent over 30 hours on the game and have about 75% done.) Also, red Steel 2 is insanley fun to play with the Wii Motion Plus. The story sucks but the gameplay and graphics, (as well as some of the music) more than make up for it.

Metroid Other M, Red Steel 2, Monster Hunter Tri, Dead Space: Extraction. PLAYS THEM!
Just got a copy of Red Steel 2 for $10 and can backup that it's a decent game... Looking for any info on Force Unleashed 1 and 2. Played Unleashed on the DS for a laugh (very average), they're both dropping in price on the Wii and wondered if they are worth the coin.Schoolism
Force Unleashed one has it's flaws. Don't get me wrong, it's very far from perfect. However, I've played through it like 10 times. I though, despite its flaws, it was fun as hell.
Force Unleashed 2 is also good, with some cool new mechanics involved. The lightsaber combat is improved, as well as the camera, graphics, force powers and a few other things.
If you can find the games for like 10- 15 bucks a peice, I'd say it's money well spent. However, the games do have flaws so keep that in mind.

Hey just buyed a wii with mario kart and the house of the dead 2,3, love both games.
I was thinking of super smashbros brawl. Is this any fun singe player? Is there any multiplayer online?
Also i saw Red Steel 2 cheap. Is the game repetive?

Super Smash Bros. Brawl is fun if you're playing alone, but playing with others might provide a better experience. Yes, there is multiplayer online, but the online functionality isn't as good as Mario Kart's.
It's repetitive in that the gameplay mainly consists of you fighting different enemies in different settings, but the fighting itself is so varied and fun that you won't mind. There are several types of enemies that take different strategies to defeat, and it gets kind of tough when you get swarmed by a bunch of them at once. And the fighting stays interesting throughout because you're introduced to new moves pretty regularly, all the way until the end. Also i saw Red Steel 2 cheap. Is the game repetive?

For cheap, it's well worth it.
Im looking for sandbox games. Any good ones on the Wii?Capitan_Kid
Sid Meier's Pirates! (Don't listen to the reviews, they only knock the controls which I have proven many times over to be completely accurate) and Godfather: Blackhand Edition (Kind of a GTA-lite experience)

This post sums it up. Repetitive design, but always getting new moves, new enemies, new guns... it remains fresh throughout, and is insanley fun to play. If you found it for like 20 bucks or less, I'd say the game is well worth it just because of how much fun it is to play.

I'm not positive, but I've heard that Spiderman Web of Shadows is also decent. (At least better than Spiderman 3.) But I haven't played it so I wouldn't know.
Is their a single good Strategy game for the Wii? I really can't think of one.
Fundai
Fire Emblem perhaps?
Anybody still enjoying Monster Hunter Tri on online? I'm thinking of getting it sometime this week.Enforcedspot
I love the game, was holding off on the online until a buddy of mine got a Wii w/ Tri but that plan fell through. I really haven't touched much online and would love to, if you end up getting the game let me know and I'll hunt with you!

Maybe, i thought it was only for Ds though?
I beleive there is one on Wii. I think it's smoething like "Radiant Dawn" or something like that.
Star Trek Conquest was surprisingly fun but very limited, only 3 unit types and a single map.[QUOTE="locopatho"][QUOTE="Fundai"]

Well thats defenitly not for me :P
Its kinda like Chess or something, fun to master that one map but yeah, more like a 5 euro bargain bin game.Rune Factory: Frontier. Anyone have it that could give impressions or a recommendation? It's the next game on my DOES WANT list :PWreckEm711Excellent game, except for the runeys. They can effectively ruin the entire experience if you don't manage the system well, and you probably won't your first time through. I would suggest just waiting for the new one so that you don't have to deal with this endless aggravation.

Natsume announced they would be porting both the Wii and PS3 versions to North America and Europe later this year.

:O cool!! If I look up something for the runeys so I can just follow a guide on them would that improve the experience? Or is it just the gameplay of messing with them that is not fun?
Hey everyone, I'm wondering is Final Fantasy III (VI) on virtual console yet? If so, should I get it? I like RPG's and I've enjoyed Final Fantasy games in the past.
