The title wasn't "Wii will show you a new game" (actually showed two) it was "Wii prove our promise" which I'm assuming was that Nintendo will continue to expand the market to new gamers, which was why the small girl was shown playing Wii Tennis with an adult (and holding her own).

don't worry you guys. mabye nintendo will screw us over again on september 14th by not announcing the release date then.

Why would they announce the release date at such an un-press friendly event?

"Games Developers Conference". Judging by the title you can easliy guess this isn't an event intended to be viewed by the public like E3 or TGS. So unless you're a games developer you have no right to complain lol.

Well man you are right about it they are hiding something.

If they showed NEW trailers for games and some NEW games for the Wii and talked about WiFi, the price and the release date that would make sense to call it "Wii prove our promise coundown."  I would give that show a A+

All they did was show 2 new games, showed the game reel from E3, let a girl play Wii sports and showed about an hour full of DS crap which doesn't make sense at all because its called "Wii prove our promise countdown"  I  gave the show a F.

Thank you Nintendo for making me waste 2 hours of my time on the computer making me read a crappy conference.

I cant believe its 3:20 AM I have to wake up for football at 8:00 AM!  God Dammit.

Thats a title for not a real promise. I'm still waiting....................

If you noticed they really did cause they showed the console was working they showed people playing it and they announced not one but two new games they proved enough to me but I guess everyone was expecting alot more even after Nintendo said the release information would come in September.

i hope you're not talking to me. i've been flaming them more than anyone here. all i'm saying is we still have hope for an early october launch. i am in no way defending this "conference", if you even wan't to call it that.
