Wii Ware titles you'd recommend.

Wii Ware has just been released, and I'd like to know what titles you might recommend I buy. I was thinking Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King. I also thought about Lost Winds. If you've played any of the Wii Ware games, please list some that you like.

I'm stickying this because I'm sure this question is on everybody's mind.

WiiWare recommendations will eventually be included in the main recommendations sticky, but it'll help for now to have a separate thread specifically for WiiWare.

To start, I've played up to the first save point in Lost Winds, and I'm loving it. After watching the trailers, I thought the controls might be awkward or something, but they're perfect. For only $10, I already recommend it even after playing only such a small part of it.

My take is for Lost Winds. Is a real pretty looking game and the story is interesting. I hope to do a complete review as it really deserves it.

For 1000 wii points is really worthy

I'd recommend TV Game Show. Challenging, fun, party-type game that can also be fun with one player. Uses miis which adds to the fun.WJM-717

yeah, i had a lot of fun with this game, and its got a wheel similar to "Wheel of Fortune" that you can spin

I played well over an hour now and I can honestly say it's going to take me much longer than 3 hours to complete it. I'm guessing it'll take me at least 5 hours. It also has potential for a lot of re-playability. That's well worth my $10.

I strongly recommend Lost Winds.

Depends on the game, just like any other kind of game. Some have infinite replayability, some are only meant for one or two play throughs. Just do a bit of research before buying.

I have a question, I hear sooo much about Lostwinds and FFC, but I want to know about the others!

Also, please tell me a bit more about FFC because I only have 200 points now but I don't wanna fork out 10 more dollars just for 300 points.

yea.. thx Haziqonfire, that was were I read it was 3h gameplay.. but some ppl said taht maybe it was longer... so I came here and ask.. as as Ozzsoad, realzelda stated the same.. so :)

Are you asking if they have a time limit, like a demo? Once you buy it it's yours for good.

is FF: Crystal Chronicles a complete building sim (like MySims) or is there any fighting in this game (like the 1st FF:CC game)?killerband55

It's a building sim and business management game. There's no fighting in the game but you can sort of order your adventurers to go out, conquer dungeons (strategy involved!), level up and gain exp, and you can upgrade their weapons and armour and such. An action log pops up every little bit informing you of your adventurers' progress in dungeons. It notifies you when they've reached the dungeon, conquered it (or died trying!), and when they come back. You can later check an in-depth report of each thing they did in the dungeon. You can also check what abilities and spells they have and what items they're carrying.
