i loved majora, but i know i`m one of the few  I want it on the VC
Ocarina is winning this poll :P
Windwaker without hesitation.
OoT is the most overrated game ever.
TP brought absolutely nothing innovative to the table and also had crappy graphics in some places.
Majora's Mask.
-original story
-best character development
-amazing dungeons
-best sidequests
-best/unique gameplay (mask/time system)
-great music
-great replay
-colorful and detailed world
-hardest 3D Zelda
-fixed problems that OoT had (like camera, and already mentioned sidequests/replay)
But OoT is going to win anyway. T_T
...and didn't you just make a TWW vs TP thread? o_O
Its all opinions, because I DISAGREE with ALL, 100% EVERYTHING that you just stated about Majora's Mask.Majora's Mask.

Never played PH (yet...), TP was a HUGE disappointment. I LOVE WW, but never beat it for some reason. MM is really good, coming in second for me. The only things I dislike about MM is the time restraints in temples (due too the 3 day time limit idea), only 4 temples, no adult link (excluding the hidden mask), and finally... TINGLE, my least favorite charater in any game ever.
My favorite, if you haven't figured it out by now, is OOT. This is mostly because it was the first 3-D Zelda I've ever played, so everything felt new and fresh. That being said I still love MM and WW and they are mostly tied for 2nd.
Oh... also, what is with the lack of A Link to the Past, easily the best 2-D Zelda game ever.

First of all, I never said they weren't opinions.
Secondly, name me another 3D Zelda that isn't a "save Zelda/Tetra" rehash. Name me another Zelda that gives EVERY character development and doesn't just leave them with 2 lines. Name me another Zelda that has a better or more complex "sidequest" than getting the Fierce Deity mask. Name me another Zelda where you can fight bosses over in the same file, and go back to do events after beating the game.
And considering that MM's dungeons and music are similiar to OoT, you're telling me that OoT also had bad dungeons and music. You're also telling me that since you don't think that MM is colorful or detailed, OoT looks horrible as well (since MM is an upgrade).

I'm with you, MM is my favorite zelda game.

I'm with you, MM is my favorite zelda game.
I've been waiting for MM a lot, I hope that Nintendo doesn't release it when another Zelda comes out. Oh and about the topic: OoT and TP are my favorites, then MM and finally WWInstead of choosing one I'll just take a look at all of the Zelda's you mentioned:
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
The first 3D Zelda, translating the Zelda formula perfectly in the 3D realm. Epic and awesome, but still not completely flawless.
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
A 'new' Zelda that clearly had the OOT art style, but offered better graphics and very new and refreshing gameplay elements. The sidequests were the best the Zelda series has ever seen (night, day, working schedule) etc. but the most important part of the game wasn't as epic as OOT. The moon and skull kid were a little less inspiring and the 3 day timeframe limited the 'sandbox' feel which the fist Zelda on the NES started.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Combining extremely tight controls, derived from OOT and MM, with a great new look and some of the side-quests as seen in MM, the Wind Waker was actually very refreshing. The story was okay, but the ending was truly epic (IMO). One thing hampered the gameplay though: the sailing. You couldn't just walk from A to B slaying enemies and visiting villages.. no.. you had to ride the boat, control the wind and sail for minutes. Fun? Yes, but it got old pretty fast. Stil, this is one of the best Zeldas!
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Everyone is glad that Galaxy is the true next-gen Mario 64. Sunshine (with its different and refreshing (pun intended) gameplay elements due to the water thing) got a lot of hate though. TP however also was the true next-gen OOT. The dungeons, the worlds, Midna, being a wolf, everything just came together. On the cube the controls were unfortunately not as tight as Wind Waker's, but the game was still nothing short of amazing.
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Great game, the return of the top-view Zelda. Well, a 3D top-screen Zelda. But it still borrows a lot of gameplay elements from one of the best Zeldas Link's Awakening. The controls work almost perfectly, but rolling just sucks. The characters are interesting and the duration is perfect for a handheld game. Sailing is an improvement over Wind Waker. But in retrospect the story is not really Wind Waker worthy, but then again even the story feels a lot like Link's Awakening, making it more a game about the events after WW than the true sequel to WW. Sidequests are not brilliant, but some of the minigames are pretty cool. The game is still very, very good though, especially with the multiplayer additions.
Can't pick a favourite between A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker.Litchie
Link to the Past wasn't a choice. :D

Majora's Mask was the most fun I had with my N64. Although OoT is a better game MM was just as fun(more temples would have been nice). For me it goes OoT > MM > TP/WW. Twilight and Wind Waker were both good games but I couldn't stand having to sail around in WW and being a wolf in TP.

First of all, I never said you were stating facts. I just said its opinions and I disagree. And I dont think MM's music is similiar to OoT, MM's isnt as catchy to me, I dont wistle it when I dont have other music playing. I DONT GET HAPPY OR CHEERFULL WHEN I PLAY MM. OoT is just more fun to play, I dont feel trapped from the 3 days. Replaying Ganondarf/Ganan is enough dunguen replay for me. The boss battles are more intense in OoT compared to MM IMO.First of all, I never said you were stating facts. I just said its opinions and I disagree. ...I never said anything about facts.
All Zelda games have similar music. It's what makes Zelda music, Zelda music -- and there are themes in MM that they took directly from OoT. Example: Song of Storms, music in shops/houses, etc. Also, considering that Majora's Mask is about impending doom, much of the music should sound darker and more surreal. There would be something wrong if the music was incredibly happy all the time.
Whether OoT was more fun to play, or what bosses are considered "intense", depend on each person.
And I'm sorry to say that I can't take the "three days" argument seriously. While I can see why someone would dislike it, most people who complain don't even use the Inverted Song of Time.
Also, if you're going to ignore the rest of my post, why did you argue against those reasons in the first place? o_O

Cuz I totally forgot about that 1st paragraph and mainly to the 2nd..But I also dont like the whole masks thing, its just....wtf..?But im done "argueing" about this.Sorry guys. Great game for its time but OOT does not hold up that well anymore. TP made leaps and bounds over that game. After playing Wind Waker, Phantom Hourglass and especially Twilight Princess, going back to OOT was a huge let down.
Classic, Epic for its time, but its not aging well.
To some people atleast. TP was missing something...and the wolf wasnt fun at all for the times you had to be.Sorry guys. Great game for its time but OOT does not hold up that well anymore. There all good. But Twilight Princess dispointed me with there ending, also Ganondorf was not hard at all..XPunkXManX
Sad, but very, very true.
Man all so great! I have to say though Twilight princess is the most complete and epic adventure of them all. The best looking. Use of the Wiimote. Largest world and most dungeons. Second best story though next to Ocarina of course. But the most amazing adventure yet by far. My preferance are as follows:
1. Twilight Princess
2. Ocarina of Time
3. Wind Waker
4. Majora's Mask
5. Phantom Hourglass
Make no mistake Phantom Hourglass and Majora's Maks are AWESOME and I've beaten them both.
