[QUOTE="Colt45fool"][QUOTE="Orlando_Magic"] There was a live feed of the Orlando Magic war room on nba.com last night and I watched that on and off during the draft. A lot of people were expecting something big to happen with the Magic. There were some floating around about Josh Smith or Andre Miller being traded.
So sometime in the 2nd round Otis Smith and a bunch of other people in the war room were giving each other fist bumps, high fives, and getting excited... and all that happened was the Magic traded two future 2nd round picks for Justin Harper lol.

ROFL.the kings are bloody stupid. the jimmer trade is MORONIC...not just because we took jimmer, but because we traded beno for freakin' john salmons :| THE MALOOFS CANNOT POSSIBLY BE THIS DUMB.
if the kings wanted jimmer why didn't they just take him at 7? no, they didnt want to be the laughing stock of the nba, so they trade for him, give up biyombo [who ive wanted them to take for the longest time] and take an extra 10 million in salary for a bummy swingman. WHY DO WE KEEP ADDING MEDIOCRE PLAYERS WITH CRAP CONTRACTS?!?!
i would have been more receptive to seeing us just take jimmer at 7...if you want westphal to play thornton-evans-jimmer as the rotation at guard then freakin' tell westphal thats who you want to see play. christ. buy out his damn contract if you have to. maloofs are morons. so is geoff petrie. im sick of this team ruining basketball for me. **** the Kings.

Should have gotten Brandon Knight.Ā I think that would have a better chance of having a solid back-court with him and Tyreke.Ā Biyombo is a draft pick on hopes.Ā At best he will probably just be a solid defender.Ā Either way, I think it's really hard to say because this draft appears like it will end up turning out pretty poor players in comparison to other recent drafts.Ā The Cavs had to take Thompson at the #4 pick....
Brandon Knight would have been a nice pick also. I still wanted Biyombo over him...mainly because we have no defenders down low besides Dalembert and Dally's contract is almost up.Ā Big man rotation of JT-Biyombo-Cousins woulda been dope...now we're holding out hope for Hassan Whiteside to come through...or to re-sign Dally. Which would be fine personally...though when this team is ready to contend he'll be ready to retire.
That with a rotation of Udrih-Thornton-Evans and the ever revolving door of Casspi-Greene-Garcia at the 3 would have satisfied me...the positions we need aren't going to be found in this draft. So better to take a role player like Biyombo and guarantee another lottery pick next year...hopefully to grab a PG or a SF. At this point the Kings need to move to Anaheim...then Stern will give us a 'lucky bounce' to get the #1 pick. That would be the day...Ā
