@LJS9502_basic: What do you watch for your news then? Because, yes, I do watch them all… well I listen to them at work, and you have some of the same exact talking points left wing media use. I’m not saying I don’t do the same thing, but at least I’m honest about where I get my info from. It’s never just one or two sources. And I rarely watch anything on fox or MSNBC because both are completely biased and that’s not what I’m interested in listening to.

You could be right but I doubt that many people really care about that technicality if that’s true. People just want results. The thing is. Those things DOGE calls government waste... a good chunk ofthem are useful to anyone who actually understands how government works, which is not what the people at DOGE clearly do. We have already seen the consequences of these actions in place and they are not making the US a better place. Some of them are directly responsible for soft power, whose efforts have been far more successful than the hard power has been. Which has been nothing but 50 years of failure.

Just because everything isnt flashy, doesnt mean it is government waste.

That in addition to violating US constitutional law, sets a VERY poor precedent. Legislation is built on precedent. And DOGE has caused likely permanent damage to the United States.
