On other news.. a grandson(4 year old or whatever) shot his grandpa in the back of his head, grandpa was driving and grandson in the back seat with a loaded riffle.. this happened years back, and he didn't even have to play Grand Theft Auto 4 or anything.
If there wasn't a gun,this wouldn't have happened.

The problem isn't the firearm, or the video game. It is with the parents. Guns do not tell you to shoot other people, if there wasn't a gun the kid may of used a hammer, bat, or a knife.
I'd just like to point out: parents don't tell you to shoot other people either. I'm not saying that parents aren't a factor, but I'm also not saying that access to guns and violent media isn't a factor either. This kind of $hit is a bit more complex than people tend to make it out to be. I fully agree that "blame guns" or "blame video games" are just bull$hit scapegoating. But "blame the parents" is sort of the exact same thing.
