No one tells me what I can and cannot watch!Im pretty sure the MPAA does.... ;)[QUOTE="B05T0N"]I dont think it matters, as most users on GS arent old enough to see Saw IV without their parents there.DeathScape666

They should have just stopped it with Saw one and left the movie as a classic. Same with The Grudge, Hostel, and The Ring, it baffles me as to why these studios feel the need to pop out these movies.Guiltfeeder566
The Grudge, Hostel, and The Ring sucked. I like them when I was younger, but now I realize how horrible they are. I never saw Hostel 2 or The Grudge 2, but I did see The Ring 2, and I have to say that sequel was completely unnecesarry. You could tell the person who created had no plans for a sequel, and just threw something together.
The premise of the Saw movies is nothing short of amazing. They go deeper than "torture porn," being that the main idea is using one's faults against them in a life or death scenerio, to cure them of their "ailment" is simply brilliant.
By the way, is it just me or did Saw IV pop out of nowhere? I never heard a peep about it, and all of a sudden we're a month away from it's release date.

I understand what you mean about the way the 'games' work, but at the end of the day, you are just watching someone being mercilessly tortured to death regardless of how it happens.

But there's a story and a reason behind all of it. It's not like they just gather up a bunch of random people and just watch them get tortured by their stupid, careless decisions. We learn more about Jigsaw's pasts, the troubles of the characters, the reason why Jigsaw is doing everything he is doing, and tons of other stuff. You can make anything sound bad, but the Saw series is really good. And I heard somewhere that Tobin Bell already signed a contract to do Saw V, but I'm not sure if my source is that reliable. (Some random dude on the Internet that I don't even know.)
