Oh, no offense. You're wrong about what a church is, though. A church is a gathering of Christians meant for discussing the Bible or other issues related to Christianity. I know plenty of Christians who, albeit reluctantly, accept me and everything that comes with the package, so I have no problems with the church that matters.

A pretty building with stained glass means nothing to God.

And if I'm talking crazy, then the Roman Catholic Church accepts homosexuality (though not homosexual acts). Though I'm not Catholic, so I guess that's irrelevant.:P

thats what a church is to prodestents, but its also what i said. and im not 100% but i think Catholics completely shun gays and i know the pope has never said 1 accepting word of them. normal christians like your friends at your church may accept you but they don't represent all christians and definatley not the christian higher archey

so is it just the symbology of the act rather than anything else? because I think that just holding a person with your clothes on and all can be as sexual and as intimate as that sort of thing, let alone all the other alternatives.

that makes sense I guess. now I'm just going to mouth off for a bit: I don't think intercourse is totally sharing yourself with a person. I'd say that's loving them or whatever you want to call it, as it's a bit tricky to describe. so I just don't attribute that much to physical intimacy as mental and all, but you do, and I think that's noble. I'd kinda like to get past where I personally am with physical intimacy, so I really respect where you're coming from.
