Can you imagine if I made a group "White people for Romney"? Isnt it unfair one group gets to come together like that and support a candidate, but another group isnt?

Make the group and find out.mattbbplYou dont think it would be front page news and outrage everywhere?
Exactly.
As usual, only white people are racist.
Everyone else can't possibly be racist, because they aren't white.
White people for romney, people would flip their sh*t
Well when one group is categorized in terms of the binary then, yes I think it's ok for them to do it.Link

I just want to be clear that I dont care if African Americans have their own group. I just think its hippocritical because if on Romneys offical websitehe had a white people section, it would cause the biggest outroar.
White people can come forward and create such a group. Neither group is illegal. However if they attempt to exclude someone based on their race I'm not too sure of the legality. Quick google search also showed a facebook group that is indeed called White People for Romney, not quite the same but it's something.Ace6301
Illegal, no. Would there be an uproar? You bet.
Yeah and why isn't there a White Entertainment Television? I'm sick of being held down like this just because I'm white. JML897Ain't no one holding you down, in fact as a minority you already have strikes against you. I bet you're going to ask why the NAACP exists...

He has a Catholics for Romney section. Is he excluding all people who aren't Catholic?

Hmm you are correct. I dont care about excluding people, I just think if Romney had white people for him section on his website, the media would go nuts.Who cares?DroidPhysXThis. plus everyone already knows Black people see Obama as Jesus Christ. Even Obama knows it, thats why he isnt even gonna bother appealing to them cuz he knows he already got their votes

In 2008 maybe, now I'm not so sure. Black people typically vote democrat no matter what the candidate's skin color is anyway. That has more to do with it, it's not like black people came out in droves for Hermain Cain.

We do. It's called Hollywood and it's much better than BET. ;)
Candidate try to appeal to those who need the most catering and persuading. It has always been like that. Then again, I don't see a reason why there should be an "African-Americans for Obama" considering that 80% of blacks still like Obama.

I gotta agree with this. [QUOTE="DroidPhysX"]Who cares?l4dak47I care. Because I want to be able to form the same groups that African Americans do. Without insane double standard public outrage.

Herman Cain was a joke candidate. He didn't even seem to know basic current events, as evidenced by his inability to answer basic questions about Libya.
