[QUOTE="DrSponge"][QUOTE="Dracargen"]I know plenty about it. . .just because you are wishfully thinking and going "Well, it's still possible!" doesn't mean it is true. . .
Dracargen
What you're saying about life needing oxygen water and food is false too. I believe they actually did find an organism that doesn't need those factors to live, I'll try to find a link.
Even plants breathe.
Even bacteria need food.
I hope you don't mind if I stay skeptical until you give said link.
The thing is those organisms you mentioned are from the planet earth,we adapted to the conditions of this planet.Whos to say that e.ts somewhere out there didnt adapt to much different conditions from ours?
Considering that Mars cannot support any kind of life other than possibly microbes, I say this is either a fake or a rock. Unless, of course, this alien can survive without air or water or food.:roll:Dracargen
This is exactly the kind of statement that made me stop arguing with people who don't believe in the possibility of aliens. Just because humans require air and water (and even food, for that matter), why does everything else in the universe need these things as well? This is just the kind of high-ego statement that made me stop arguing with people who don't think aliens could possibly be real.

Exactly my point. Also what if that e.t isnt from mars but merely passing by on some type of exploration? It could be suited with some type of mechanism that caters to its needs.

But your type of assumptive reasoning makes the other side question your beliefs. Like this "alien" photo for example. When people see it in the context that its been given, they see a humanoid figure walking across mars. Given the actual context, we get a completely different picture all together. LinkOne thing that should have alerted the media, was the story reported the image was taken in 2004, when it was actually take late 2007. The actual image is 12756 x 3487 pixels. The image the media was showing is 320 x 240 px. So you see, you are missing the majority of the actuall image and jumping to conclusions.

That picture has already been posted in this topic a number of times, were fully aware of it. I made the point that my other image seems on be on scale with it, the objects in my second image are also tiny.
Were fully aware of the scale.
