Americans, Patriotism and Pearl Harbor

guys can we just agree that killing innocent civilians in war or peace or switzerland will always be wrong no matter the motives behind it.

I read many of those comments last night and it just makes me ill that there are people that legitimately think that way, but at the same time, it was a relief to see just about as many comments in support of Japan.Seiryuu-

It always was. But, I haven't read yet about a war where civilians were spared its horrors except maybe the Falklands War.

I wouldn't take an internet site too seriously. Most people where i live and work have all been talking about how awful that tragedy was in Japan. Most people are concerned and want only the best for the japanese. I've yet to come across a single person - IRL - who was saying bad things. The anonyminity of the internet just gives rise to trolls who like to make comments to rile people up.sonicare

Maybe I should screen cap and make a compilation of all the hot mess 9-11 comments left by European users saying those civilians deserved to die. I'll post it on various internet forums and say these users are an accurate representation of their people and "patriotism". This is stupid. I can't believe folks are getting riled over this crap; crap said on Facebook no less. It's the internet, where people say insensitive mess all the time. There's even sites dedicated to it like 4 chan. News at 11. But I forgot. Since these folks are American this known fact does not apply.mystylle
