Very interesting stuff. When the US deals with foreign threats, it's "sticking its nose in others' affairs". But during peacekeeping missions, where the UN is indeed sticking its nose in other affairs, it's always the US that is called on and the US that is derided for not caring about the world when it doens't jump in to save people from themselves. Really, I never knew Darfur was our fault until I was formed putting troops on the ground in Sudan would magically solve the problem.
