No ha, although I think I've been modded more in the past 3 or 4 months than I was all of last year. I don't often get suspended either, most of my mods were just warnings or point losses.

Seriously though, my moderation history has nine entries on it, only three of which resulted in a point loss (one was a misunderstanding, the other two were totally worth it).

So, you get a final warning before you get the hammer? Well, I have like 6 pages of history since 2005, and haven't received one, so I guess that's good... I mean I don't plan on doing anything to get moderated anymore, so I don't count on getting anymore. If something pisses me off now, I just leave gamespot for a few days.
