Are you ever scared to post?

The 80+ moderations I've gotten since 2007 say no. I really don't care if some sad loser on the internet gets offended by something I said and goes running to the internet police.

Every time I post anything -- regardless of how small, or how trivial -- I'm slightly nervous of how members here will react. The last thing I want is to be universally hated for a comment I posted, a blog I commented on, a video I interpreted wrong, or something along those lines.

So, are you a fearless individualistic person? To heck with other people, this is what I think and I'm posting!

Or are you at least a little worried about what people will think of you when you post?

I'd be careful here. This forum is full rogue moderators and stalkers looking for targets. This thread is pissing me off, I never got over what happened,I just forgot. Therage is stored like energy within a battery. I just hope I don't unleash it on the wrong person one day, because the motive would be Gamespot, CBS, and the harassment they facilitated as well ascondoned. AND that would just make me look silly while explaining it to the authorities. Which iswhy I am now amused. Not appeased, amused.

There are users that want to to report to harass and mods that want to moderate because... why else would they want to be a mod? Same reason why an infantryman want to be an infantryman. He wants to kill, to see thegray matter go airborne. So you're walking onto the range. So the tallest is the most obvious target, right? The more argumentative and controversial you are the taller you become. So expect to be locked onto.

I'm always cautious about saying anything, there seems to be a tone from the moderation board with zero tolerance and no second chances - but with respect to offending other users, not so much. You might get flamed a little bit, but people have opinions, they can hate me for it if they like, but we are in an online forum, so people have a tendency to be meaner here than they would in real life, and act like know-it-alls ;)

I usually don't post anything for a fair while due to having nothing to say that probably hasn't aleady been said by others. If I nothing to say than why say anything at all.

It does cross my mind everytime I hit Submit that some mod will generate some utterly absurd objection to my post and ban me. Other than that, not really.

Thousands of people post their comments, why would they care about my comment out of a thousand :(
