From a history stand point absolutely (British here).

And i'm also proud of my present fellow british people,we don't deal with BS tell it like it is,and have a very successful country.

We don't take sh** from no one and we know what we like.However were not all perfect lol

We are know in general as a cynical country and compared to America i think that is true to a certain extent,i'm personally not cynical at all,however alot of people over here are,and we are also stubborn at most times.
