Again, who said it had to be a Mod? It could have been Staff or a forumite as well. Too many people just assume and this is what I mentioned in my 2nd post in this thread:?Â

Very very Devious, I like it! It's lucky I've been a good little boy in my time here at Gamespot, no TOS violations. I'm not scared about being banned but I wouldn't like it, it's not nice to do something wrong for anyone. Gamespot it usually a nice place but you do get some people who are trying to do account suicide, which is always fun to read:)
My head asploded in a fiery frenzy at the mere magnificent sight of a banhammer being swung to fight for great justice. Damn this thread. Also the spelling of "fiery" makes little sense to me. But that's completely irrelevant. I should also add "asploded" to my spellchecker's dictionary.
I don't think I'll be banned. I mean, it's possible, but in the three and a half years I've been here, I've only received two moderations...I think I'm safe for now. :P

I'm not scared of being banned, in fact, I do think I will be sometime in future. What would scare me is if I was going to get banned for my own fault, for misjudgement, for being irrational or plain stupid. That would scare me because it would refrain me from the prerogatives of interacting in this forum and overall site because I wasn't up to the terms of conduct, in other words, I wasn't mature enough. I would also be angry at myself. But what I really think will happen, is me being banned for not using the word "I love you" to the moderators every 5 words or at my posts. I said it before and I'm saying it again, I do think they do a decent job at maintaining the peace and respect between users, most of the time, and I respect them, but I also saw they resolving to some pretty harsh conclusions being made and down childish attitudes through all these years I've been using this forum. And at the situation of being banned for pointing out they are indeed wrong would not scare me a tiny bit. I would move on with my daily Internet life thinking it would not worth to express my opinion here anymore.
No. I can be pretty mean sometimes, but I wouldn't say anything so bad it warrants a banning. I've got something called self control, which is all you need if you don't want to get banned.
Hell no. Being banned from here would be inconsequential for me. I make no point to censor anything I say, and I never consider whether something is against the TOS or not. Most of the TOS is pretty much common sense crap that anyone with a working mind shouldn't be doing anyway.
