There was a modding issue and I was accidentally suspended for six months. I was pretty sure I was banned. It didn't take too long to get over it.

But I just got back a few weeks ago, and I'm not going to leave by my own will anytime soon.

If I get banned I would just post more at LL or Gamer's perspective... everybody there is from gamespot/faqs... :)

There is no set number of moderations as you could have none an get banned.  

 Someone called me fat and no action has been taken :( I feel so let down.

There is no set number as it is at our discretion, mods and staff alike, to decided when enough is enough and that this person will never learn. You shouldn't have a lot of minor moderations as you are suppose to learn from them and not repeat.

I couldn't care less if I got banned, I come here to pass the time and thats about it. A lot of the people here are just... sarcastic, stuck up, self-centered, condescending, etc.

i know that if you do something horrible, you could get banned, but i thought if you had a lot of minor moderations you would eventually get banned... you know like if you hit moderation #30, you would get banned... 

I'm not really careful but I just got banned the other day. My ban was lifted a couple days ago. I don't visit system wars because there's a lot of stupid people in there, and I called someone a moron and got banned for a week. No warning, and I've never had a warning for flaming before. But eh, I know they had a sticky about it. I just didn't really think it was that big of a deal.freakout247

I feel obligated to clarify the confusion regarding bans and suspensions everytime I see it.  If you were banned, you would not be able to come back.  You were suspended.  Now, the reason why System Wars carries such a severe penalty for flaming is because it just doesn't stop.  Although you didn't know, there are people who've been suspended for flaming before, and they still do it.  It is a big deal, because no one should be flaming in the first place.  Honestly, how come we can't have civilized discussions anymore without having to result to insults?
