[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"][QUOTE="psychobrew"] I've been thinking about it. It's so refreshing to see a state actually stand up for its rights and the rights of its citizens.xhellcatxYes it is and I can't believe the backlash some people are advocating.....always did want to see the Grand Canyon.:P Swing over this way and pick me up, ill split the gas with you and sleep in a tent. I promise i wont be no troubles!
I think you just ruined your chances of him taking you

Beg, plead, sleep on the couch, buy thousands of dollars in expensive jewelry, and never glance at another woman again.

you didnt let me finish... Unless you want me to hand you the sponge, then you can get squeaky clean >_> ... *goes back to tent* .... Anyways, I really HOPE that its just a bluff from Arizona.... You start a ripple in a pond, and those ripples become tsunamis sometimes. Really, if things get just a little worse... cause honestly its pretty teetering right now... just a little worse, we will end up with a civil war on our hands. I Agree with Arizona's immigration law. I think they should be able to stand up for themselves and take a stand against something that is an obvious problem in their state, especially since no one else is helping them. They had to do something IMO. I do NOT agree with California butting in and trying to boycott Arizona... more specifically, LA. I think Arizona has a right to fire back and say 'you do that, we will do this, we will not back down from what we believe is right' However, I think all it would take is for LA to say, "ok fine, sorry, we just dont agree with what you are doing, so we will not follow suit' BECAUSE... lots of people can die from no power. Medications would not be refrigerated, some people have machines that help them basically live at home that need power, security systems (like for businesses and homes) would fail obviously, so looting would happen. Meanwhile LA would be super mad at AZ and AZ would be like 'What now?" ... then Civil War 2 happens.[QUOTE="GabuEx"]Don't bite the hand that feeds you.Yeah, boycotting an entity that provides you with electricity is probably not a good idea.

what do you expect from Alcalde Villareal and the "free city" of El Pueblo de la Reina de Los Angeles
contrary to popular belief and a search of old documents the town of the Queen of Angels was the original name of LA.
and nobody enjoys being bullied...especially when they are supplying a vital resource to the offender..so:
Arizona is simply saying "I got the power"
