what bands did you used to like but no longer like, and are ashamed of?

for me it's apoptygma berzerk and XP8.

I admit that, as a kid, I listened to New Kids on the Block...

Ace of Base too later on, but their songs are still catchy damn it!

Disturbed, Limp Bizkit, and Metallica. Don't know what I was thinking, but then again, I was in middle school. Can't really stand these bands now.

I used to listen to Green Day religiously in the early 90's. It was all about Dookie then. Hell, Dookie still is a great album. But in comparison with Green Days newer stuff, I no longer admit I had a thing for them.

Nothing that I like embarasses me even if I know that technically it's not particularly good as ofttimes with music that's not the point nor the goal. That being said some people are taken aback when they find out what a huge fan of KISS I was back in the '70s.

Limp Bizkit is pathetic, I still like Disturbed, and new Metallica is a joke. First 4 albums were good.
