Blackstar, the album Talib and Mos Def put out, ranks among my favorite albums. It's easily top three, constantly, and sometimes I change up on my favorite albums.

I'm not too much of an Aesop Rock fan though, he raps weird, I can't put my finger on it but there's something about his flow I don't like. But from Definitive Jux, I like Murs and Mr. Lif. Lif is ****in DOPE, have you ever heard I Phantom?

Yes, he is a nobody. His flow is terrible, but he;s a good lyricist. Dude is average. Shame on all yall sayin Nas and Andre are tools. Nas and Andre destroy Aesop so bad it isn't even remotely close. Learn your roots and respect the legends that made hip hop dope. Yall comparing Aesop, someone with one good album, to Nas and Andre, two of the single greatest rappers to ever grace a mic.

Well Aesop isn't bad, I'd rather listen to him than over 90% of radio rap. I just think his flow is pretty bad, which makes me like him less. There's alot better underground rappers than Aesop, some being Murs, Sean Price, Phonte, etc, it just made me laugh out loud when that dude called Nas and Andre "tools" Typical backpacker.

Lol m&m. I don't like rap, but even I think that he sucks compared to others. I don't even know who these others are, but he's just terrible. He has the worst voice for rap ever! The guys in the background who do his singing are better. He's like a 13 year old. And is it me but when he talks "gangsta" or w/e you call it doesn't he sound like he's faking it and trying to talk like that sooo much? F1freak660

Aesop was good before Bazooka Tooth, Float and Labor Days are 2 of the best Hip Hop Albums ever.

Mos Def's new album was so rushed because he wanted to get out of his contract, Common won't stop asking rhetorical questions about manhood, Kanye has to stop kissing his own ass, Eminem is MIA, Jay-Z should've stayed retired, Nas just isn't the same, hell, even my local Chicago scene is lacking a bit...
