Because it's more recent and one that everyone raves about and deservedly so. The thing is people like to point out its a revenge film but most probably don't know whose revenge the film is all about.

People fail to recognize it as a revenge movie because that aspect is pretty thin. I think that's a pretty integral part of the story and theme of the movie.[spoiler] He gets revenge on the warden in the end. He was helping the warden the whole time in prison, who in turn killed his friend and kept his innocence secret. [/spoiler]
