Who has the power to declare war?
If you guessed The President, you're wrong! Only Congress has the power to declare war. The President can ask all he wants, but only congress can declare
Do Iraqis want us there?
Yes! The Iraqi President just asked for American Troops to stay there for another two years.
If by "Iraqis," you mean "the majority of Iraqis" then no:

BAGHDAD, Sept. 26 -- A strong majority of Iraqis want U.S.-led military forces to immediately withdraw from the country, saying their swift departure would make Iraq more secure and decrease sectarian violence, according to new polls by the State Department and independent researchers.
In Baghdad, for example, nearly three-quarters of residents polled said they would feel safer if U.S. and other foreign forces left Iraq, with 65 percent of those asked favoring an immediate pullout, according to State Department polling results obtained by The Washington Post.

Why do people say he's the worst president? He really isn't. There have been way worse presidents: Carter, Hoover, Clinton, the list goes on. There have been 43 presidents in the past 300 years; you really think he's the worst? When people say Bush is the worst president, that just shows they've been watching too much Liberal News.

You actually belive that don't you? I don't use this word much but I can safely say that you're ignorant, and should not be allowed to voice your opinion in public.
EU and Japan both have better living standards than america.....but I will not turn this into an America vs. World debate.
You know what? I don't really have anything against Bush. The reason why I don't like him is because everyone makes a to big of a deal about him. There has been worse Presidents. Like Bill Clinton.ShadowTheHHFanseriously, I hate Bill Clinton. everyone says he helped the economy when really that was only because he was after Reagan.
Overall, I sort of like Bush only cuz he was better than Kerry, or Gore. But, this deficet is out of control

the EU is not one nation, but a conglomerate of several developed nations. as for japan, their GDP per capita is about 10,000 USD below ours, and the japanese yen is BY FAR less valueable than the US dollar. Another thing, America, despite only roughly 23% of our labor force being in the industrial sector is the LEADING industrial power in the world We still have more influence, and more wealth than any other nation. Might I remind you that our military is by far the most powerful military in the world?Did you say clinton was worse than bush? o_0 explain. Why do people say he's the worst president?
