lol hell no. I could problably do the crunches, I cant do pullups any more, and while I can walk a whole lot before getting tired, I cant go anywhere in a hurry lol.mrbojangles25

Not a chance. I use to be in shape when I was in teh Air Force, but that was years ago. Now I'm over 40 and not even close to being in the shape I was.

Yes I can do upwards to 30 pull ups before I need to rest.. 100 crunches is easy in 2 mins.. The mile run I would probably take me 20 minutes so I woudl only lose 12 points.. 288/300..
