Hmmm, i agree with most of what you said. I very good read. Although sometimes i myself lean on the fundamentalist side of things. I believe we can not let things get too simple, or then we throw away the thousands of years god has put into our teachings. But we also cant let things get complicated, and we cant let people start twisting things for their own uses. Overall, a very good read, and a very good blog.

Of course, us christians/muslims/etc. are going to argue over the specifics until the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Now, gay's, that i would debate with you on. It's one thing when they go on about it and keep it in private. But now they want rights to marriage. As we know Marriage is the holy unity between a man and a woman, and god would not permit it between 2 men or 2 women. So it is my own belief that my religion has the right to protect the sanctaty of marriage. As for the government, well its only purpose should be to fund a unity that will do something, and as 1 man 1 women leads to children, that should be all the government is interested in supporting.

But i'll end it there. It's such a huge debate and we're all in really good moods that i dont want to ruin that ;)
