Technically, it doesn't say "seperation of Church and State." That is a phrase that we use to represent the actual words. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion." Where in here does it say that local schools can't teach religion? It specifically says CONGRESS can't make a law respecting an establishment of religion. Anyways, it doesn't look like she is going to win anyways.
