I spell it colour (Canadian) but for other words I use the American spelling.

In Britain it's colour, and since we invented the language, colour is the correct way to spell it. :P

I agree on this and I live in the United States, but Color is a correct spelling as well. But People in the United States, who think that colour is spelled wrong, this is ironic.
